Copytrading Profits Removed Without Fair Explanation
Posting this as a warning to the trading community: Elev8 markets its copytrading service heavily, and if you do your homework — like I did, carefully studying their leaderboard and picking solid providers — you can genuinely turn a profit using just their copy system. I did, with savings I'd built up over years. Then Elev8 terminated all of that profit. I'm asking for it back, but mainly I want others to see this before they put their own money in.

Be careful, this broker is full of scam, if you make profit then your withdrawal would be hard to sent. There are many reasons they decline your withdrawal. The chat is AI agent, I tried to get into human agent by asing ke to connect me into human agent. Once its connected they dont give any exact answer regarding our withdrawal.

Traders read this before you associate yourself with this Scam Broker.
Day Traders, I urge you not to work with this SCAM broker, Octa FX now known as Elev8. I want you to know that this change happened on the 9th of Feb, 2026, due to a strategic separation from a brand-sharing arrangement and to distance themselves from previous regulatory scrutiny. Day traders should be aware that their trading infrastructure and underlying legal entities remain unchanged, but they may face unresolved technical issues, which is what brought me on this trusted Public feedback platform today.
Before you consider depositing with them, pay attention to regulatory transparency and server performance. While their deposits are faster than lightning with Crypto, from Binance or Coinbase even with third party entities without even asking for your KYC like most Brokers do! You will be surprised by their systematic serial sequential chain of KYC documents, so that they can lock your funds once you make profits they didn’t expect from a Scalper.
Why they do this is because, they are greedy and make themselves as the Market Makers ( B-Book models ) meaning, your profits are their direct financial losses. They recently blocked my Account after I finally made profits, forgetting previously that they have been feasting on my losses.
After I ask one of their support agent, Jaime for reasons why they locked my funds, this was his response, ,,
“Access to your account has been blocked due to the following reason:
Service denied in accordance with the p. 3.10 of the Customer Agreement
Customer Agreement p. 3.10 declares the following:
“3.10. The Company reserves the right, at its discretion, at any time to refuse to provide the Services to the Client and the Client agrees that the Company will have no obligation to inform the Client of the reasons.
It means that the Company reserves its right to discontinue services provided to you. Access to your Personal Area on our platform is blocked and won’t be restored.”
If I knew about this Customer Agreement form before my initial deposits I was not going to be on this public feed because I will be knowing what I signed myself into. This makes it their properly organized scam function well since clients are not mandatorily offered the chance to review the Customer Agreement form like most genuine Brokers do, e.g Exness Technologies, Deriv, HFM and many more.
I do not have to mention to the public the real reason why the sudden change of Brand/Name as the Indian Financial Stacks along with the Malaysia board will then be interested.
If my trading strategies including short-term trading and price discrepancy execution are deemed incompatible with your current risk framework, I request that you formally close my account. However, you do not have the legal right to permanently withhold my deposits. If you choose not to restore my full trading privileges, I demand an immediate and full refund/payout of my entire account balance to my original initial deposits.
If this matter is not resolved and my funds are not released within five business days, I will escalate this complaint. I am prepared to submit a formal dispute with relevant financial regulatory authorities in Mauritius, financial ombudsmen, and consumer protection agencies.

After contacting your KYC team like you said, they are only telling me my account can't be restored, now at least return my Initial deposits like most genuine Brokers do, since those are my funds. I'm going to keep on editing updating this review so that everyone knows what you are doing!!

A Copy Trading Platform You Can't Trust
Elev8 copytrading is a scam. Researched their leaderboard, picked good providers, made real profit without ever trading myself, and they just took it all back. Want my money returned. Don't use this broker.

Copy Trading Profit Confiscated
I want to share a factual account of my experience with Elev8's copytrading service. After being marketed the product directly, I reviewed their leaderboard in detail and selected providers with strong track records.
I did not place any manual trades — everything ran through their copy system. The strategy performed well and generated genuine profit. Elev8 subsequently terminated that profit outright. I'm requesting the funds be returned and would encourage others to think carefully before depositing savings here.

Here’s how the game seems to work:
Step 1: Deposit your money. 💸
Step 2: “Please upload your documents.”
Step 3: “Thanks! Now upload more documents.”
Step 4: “Excellent! We now require… even MORE documents.”
Step 5: Congratulations! Your account is still locked. 🎉
It’s like Netflix—except instead of getting new episodes, you get new KYC requests.
Then comes the plot twist.
If your trades are losing money, the account gets closed… and suddenly your deposit is allegedly “forfeited” because the account was closed.
It’s the only place where losing a trade might not be your biggest loss.
If you enjoy turning your deposit into a long-term hostage negotiation, this might be your platform.
Otherwise, you may want to stick with a properly regulated broker where depositing money doesn’t feel like donating it to a magic disappearing act.

Blocked Account, No Withdrawals, No Response
My Elev8 copy trading account suddenly became blocked, so I can no longer withdraw funds or even access it properly. The app simply shows that the account is blocked.
I never received any email from Octa or Elev8 explaining what happened. I also submitted the requested selfie for verification, but since then I have received no response at all.
I just want a clear explanation and access to my account so I can withdraw my funds. The lack of communication is very disappointing.
