Elev8 Terminated Profits Earned From My Savings
I put money aside over several years, hoping to grow it carefully, and Elev8's copytrading service seemed like a sensible way to do that without trading myself. I researched their leaderboard properly and chose established providers.
It worked — I made real profit.
Then Elev8 terminated it. At this stage in life, that's not a small thing to lose. I'm requesting the return of my profit and warning others considering this broker with their own savings.

Ten en cuenta que Elev8 sigue siendo un bróker sin comisiones nocturnas para la comunidad de traders y nunca cobra comisiones ocultas ni cargos sin notificación previa. No obstante, tras una revisión individual de la actividad de trading, podrá aplicarse una comisión por mantenimiento de posiciones durante la noche.
La actividad de trading puede estar sujeta a una nueva evaluación, y la comisión aplicable podrá ajustarse en caso de que se produzcan cambios en el perfil general de trading.

Elev8 approved my re-KYC, then terminated my account
I cannot recommend Elev8 based on my experience.
I fully complied with every re-KYC request, including providing selfies, identification documents, and even a payslip. After reviewing everything, Elev8 approved my re-KYC and unlocked my account.
Several days later, they terminated my account, removed all of my trading profits, and stated that the reason was “abuse.”
From my perspective, this makes little sense because I was simply copying multiple strategy providers through Elev8’s own copy trading social network—the very service the platform offers. I was not using any external software or doing anything outside the platform’s intended functionality.
If there were concerns about my account, they should have been identified before my re-KYC was approved and my account was restored.
I am requesting that Elev8 return the profits they removed.
Based on my experience, I would encourage anyone currently making profits on Elev8 to carefully consider withdrawing their funds while they still have the opportunity. I never expected my account to be approved after re-KYC and then terminated days later with my profits removed.

MT5 Connection Failed at the Worst Possible Time
I had a very disappointing experience with this broker.
While my trade was in over $700 USD profit, I suddenly couldn't log in to MT5. The platform kept failing to connect, even though my internet connection was working perfectly. I tested another broker's MT5 on the same device and network, and it connected without any issues.
Because I couldn't access my account, I was unable to move my stop loss to break-even or manage my open position. During that time, the market reversed, and my account was eventually wiped out.
This was an extremely frustrating experience, especially when the issue appeared to be with this broker's MT5 server and not my internet or device. I have lost confidence in their platform's reliability.
I hope the broker investigates this issue seriously because traders should be able to access their accounts at critical moments. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this broker.
