I purchased a couple of wigs online. One of the wigs purchased, was not available. Elevated Styles reached out to me right away and asked me if I wanted a different color. I appreciate the way they tried to resolve the issue. Nonetheless, I ended up with one wig and a refund.

Was told I was getting refunded for an item that was no longer available but wasn’t given option to pick a different option like other sites do so I’m disappointed in that.

When I search for lace front wigs on your site, the purchase that I made came up but when I received it, it had no lace so my thing is that when a person is looking at your site, if it says lace front it see lace front now if it’s a half wig like what I received, it should be under the half wick section and not lace front. I was most disappointed. !

Ordered hair and they couldn’t fulfill my order

I could not find this hair in stores. I when on social media and find you guys. This is what wanted this particular brand Definition Braids I would like this hair in 22’ inches if they have it. The texture feel like blacks folks human hair .nice and very light. I love the texture.

One wig I ordered did not come. I had to ask for a refund. Out of the other 2 wigs one appeared to have been worn . I ordered 2 more just to see if that was the case and it was.

Their wigs are very reasonable and the hair quality is good.

Allowed an out of stock product to be purchased. Refund issued it’s been almost 3 weeks no refund. Not responding to emails or social media

Just out of the blue my order was canceled. No reason given. "Super bad" way to due business. I'm not without understanding that stuff happens. However, as a consumer and paying customer I'm owed a reason as to why?? I'll not be doing business with this company again!
