Always had excellent service and fantastic products, would recommend very highly

I liked the website and its offerings, I ordered a pair of trainers and these arrived a couple of days later - only they were the wrong size. There was a slightly complicated returns/exchange process (which could be better clarified on the website) but the really helpful customer service people guided me through and within a few days all was rectified and I received the correct size shoes. So often websites don't seem to have humans at the other end, but they certainly do here.

Avoid this company at all costs. They will try to scam you. They send out boots in a shoddy box, and when you return them, they charge you for the same shoddy box they sent them out in! In my opinion, just to get some money back from the people who want to return. Be VERY careful. Avoid using this company altogether. If you do have to use them, make sure to take a photograph the minute you receive your item, of the product and the box. Otherwise they will scam you out of money if you wish to return products.

They steadfastly insist the box wasn’t like that when it was sent out to me. But I 100% refute that claim. This is EXACTLY how the box wasn’t sent out to me. They then tried to blame Royal Mail. The outer packaging was absolutely fine, so I know full well it wasn’t Royal Mail either.

My honest opinion here…someone returned the boots previously in the shoddy box. No doubt the claimed the £5 from that person for returning in a shoddy box, then the sent them out to me (thinking I’d just keep the items and throw the box away). When I returned them, they charged me also for the previous customer’s shoddy box return. If they keep doing that, they’re claiming £5 from every customer for doing absolutely nothing. It’s a disgrace. I will never use again and strongly suggest others shop elsewhere.

Elevate your Sole have been excellent with their ease of use website, swift delivery and excellent communication.
Unfortunately, the sandals I ordered were too big so had to be returned. I was offered an alternative but no availabilty in my colour choice so opted for a refund. This was no issue and was actioned without fuss. Great customer service, fully recommend.

I ordered 3 items from Elevate Your Sole. The range looked really good, the delivery was very quick, two items were great, the third, a pair of shoes I really liked but were too narrow for my feet, I sent back. Returning was easy and they repaid me far quicker than I had expected. I wish I lived near enough to visit their shops but I’ll certainly check out their site again in future

When my order was finally was dumped on my doorstep, it turned out not to be colour I'd requested.
When I informed the seller, I was basically told I was colour blind.
Waste of time and money.
The reply to this review just shows the no blame attitude of the seller.
Just because the label says they are a certain colour doesn't change the fact they are not.
If the sellers eyes cannot tell the difference between blood red and dark brown, that's bit of a problem.
If I say the sky is green and the grass is blue it doesn't make it true.

Popped in the Llandudno store on Thursday desperate for winter boots for my Prague trip having been let down by other on- line suppliers. Despite having wide feet and a funny left foot! the ladies soon sorted me out. Thank you to the lady that spent ages fetching me shoes and giving me Prague holiday tips and to the other lady who picked out the boots that I ended up buying.

I have bought from this business twice now, having discovered them earlier this year. Their Heavenly Feet boots are absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. Dispatched the same day I ordered them. I will certainly be back again.

Can’t fault the customer service! Emailed them to advise that my sandal strap had broken, and they responded within 24 hours attaching a returns label and promised a replacement pair would be returned to me on receipt of the broken ones. Happy customer 😊

Ordered some Birkenstocks as they came up cheapest on a google search. They arrived ahead of schedule and beautifully packaged with a little card informing about the company. I love the fact they are an independent company with three shops in North Wales. Ordered another pair soon after and am really pleased again. I ordered a dress and a pair of crop trousers.Parcel arrived before expected delivery date and was well packaged with a little personal note added to the card inside. Nice touch. Items were in their sale so brilliant prices.They were a brand I know and love and I know the sizing is fine. Great service I will definitely use them again.
