I loved the quality hair. I was just concerned on why the hair does not look as fluffy as it was when I first installed it, after I have defined and dried the curls. Other than that, everything was perfect

I had a great experience with the costumer service. Betty was very nice and helpful. She communicated well that my bundles were not available, and they would take a while to be delivered if they were available again. It took only 2 weeks.
As for the bundles, good quality human hair. Super happy!

I ordered the product on April 25th for an important event on May 9th. I gave Elfin a week to send you the product but I have not received the yet. I reached out to Elfin to see why I didn't receive my purchase yet, they responded "we will send the product next week." I was furious because I need it now. I asked for a refund on May 7 but no response from Elfin. Still as of today no response from Elfin. I will never order from Elfin again never had any problems with other hair websites.
