I never complain about my experiences because I know things happen, but this experience was terrible! I ordered my hair on January and never received any updates unless I emailed them. Also, I never received a shipping or tracking number that was accurate. It’s almost May and I still haven’t received my order so I requested a refund. Gave me the refund very quickly, but never seen the hair. Terrible customer service. I will never try to order from this company again! Customer service is everything to me because I am a hairdresser. Been one since December of 09 and I wanted to treat myself and get some good quality hair. I was looking forward to it so I am very disappointed. I hope they do better for other people. This hair is not cheap to be waiting for almost 3 months. Very ridiculous if you ask me.

I ordered the crochet hair it was very good quality hair.

This company is a rip off, they claim that they sent my hair, but I never received it. I brought it to their attention and they didn't want to resend it or give me my $ back. They wanted me to take 35 percent of the 250 that I sent them. I went thru too much with this company. I couldn't believe that they wanted me to take a loss like that. They used a delivery service that took the easy way and didn't bring my merchandise to my door like they suppose to, they claim they put it in a broken mailbox. I don't know what really happened, all I know I'm out of my $ and I don't have my 5 packs of hair. So, I'm telling you this to warn you of this company. Beware!! I will keep y'all posted.

I’ve been really impressed with the quality of this braiding hair. It’s soft, lightweight, and very easy to work with, which makes the entire braiding process smoother and faster. The texture is consistent from root to tip, and it doesn’t tangle easily—something that makes a big difference when you’re installing or maintaining braids.

What stood out most is how natural it looks once installed. It blends well, holds its shape, and has a nice finish. It’s also comfortable to wear—no itching or heaviness, even after long periods.

Durability is another strong point. The hair holds up well over time with minimal frizz, and the braids stay neat much longer compared to other brands I’ve tried. Overall, it’s a reliable, high-quality option that delivers both on appearance and performance.

The hair is great !! It has minimal shedding. It keeps my real hair in twist moisturized and retains length to look like my real hair. I will be ordering more!!!!

The hair gets extremely matted, non reusable. Very poor quality hair, as if it’s not real human hair or you all source from not the “good” hair. I have a pretty good grade of hair & my hair never does anything close to what this hair does. It’s like straight synthetic hair. This was my first time buying from QVR and it will be my last, especially if I want quality hair that I can reuse. This hair is too expensive for a single use.

The quality of the hair is everything it’s worth buying and I will definitely be buying again.

I have ordered from QVR a total of 3 times and the hair doesn't disappoint. The quality is great. The shipping was beyond my expectations and their customer service replies really quickly as well.

Not only is QVR crochet hair amazing, they also have a variety of hair colors to choose from. And the fact that I constantly reuse the hair, it saves me money. I shop no where else.

The hair is not kinky hair, contacted customer service for return but was offered a less than 10% refund. All the hair is intact in its original packaging. PLEASE AVOID QVR, THE HAIR IS NOT EVEN CLOSE TO HUMAN HAIR. VERY FAKE. THERE ARE OTHER HAIR VENDORS WITH BETTER QUALITY HAIR FOR CHEAPER.

I bought this hair because it was advertised as 100% human hair. What I received is NOT human hair at all. It feels and behaves like synthetic hair stiff, tangles easily and does not respond like real human hair.

I reached out to them and they still refused to give me a refund even though they claim to have a 30 day return policy. That alone tells me everything. This is misrepresentation. Be careful buying from them.

I got my hair but it’s not enough for my whole head even the description says it will. I was short a pack of hair and I had to email them why which they told me they was out of stock.i got this hair especially for my wedding day. I don’t feel like I should have ask they could have email or let me know something when I ordered. Now I have to spend about $279 on ordering more hair.

Ordered 4 packs of human afro kinky hair bundles on 4/2/25 for my hair appointment on 4/14. Finally received a shipping confirmation on 4/9 unfortunately stating “great news” my hair will be shipped in 48 hours aka 2 days. Which would be 4/11 (a Saturday) so there is no way I will have my hair before my appointment.. international shipping will take at least another 5 days. At this point I’m going to try and cancel the order and buy from Amazon Prime.

The quality of the product is good. Easy to maintain and stylish.
