My experience with this hair has been wonderful! I’ve made 2 purchases and both were great quality and served my purpose.

My order number 00000268772 for a four-pack of QVR Body Wave Bulk Hair Extensions for Boho Knotless Braiding was placed on March 18. Despite multiple attempts, I cannot find any tracking details, and customer service has not responded to my inquiries. I need this hair by April 15th. I am extremely irritated and frustrated with the lack of support. I will never recommend them.

I have purchased several types of human hair from QVR and I have only been 1/2 satisfied. The kinky straight braiding hair was a very bad choice for me. The sheading was very bad and I would advise to not use it for braiding as the same advice as my braider said. She didn't like it. The crochet hair difficult to take out because the thread blends in with the hair. I hope eventually I will find something that will suit me. Please note that this is just MY experience. So their products may work for some but not others. So before you spend your money ( i have spent hundreds ) please do your research.

I like how lightweight this hair is. It’s easy to maintain and a gorgeous protective style.

I made an order on February 17th and have not received my order. This is terrible and I will not be ordering from here again or recommending the company to any others. I have contacted customer about my order and all they say is the hair is being customized, if you don’t trust us we can give you a refund, be patient, we’ll give you a refund on your next order. THERE WILL NOT BE A NEXT ORDER!!!! I wish when ordering it was explained that hair needs to be customized and it would take a little longer but it said shipping is quick……..etc….This is very frustrating.

I'm currently working with the QVR merchant to return unused hair I ordered in the wrong color. It was easy to work with the merchant to obtain a full refund after discussing my order via email. Beautiful hair, just in the wrong color!

I brought a 3 pack of this hair this hair is terrible and I highly doubt it 100% human hair it tangles to the Gods. I did all the stuff the recommended and it's still was nappy. To add icing to the cake I tried to give the pack I had left to someone who has used it before and I couldn't even give it away because it's trash hair.

QVR customer service was incredible. There was a delay in my order sure it being out of stock and they not only communicated with me about the delays but also gave me an option to switch my order. Awesome communication and very effective with timing.

First off my order number is #00000263282. I ordered the hair March 5th which was $300 based on the reviews I see this is something that always happens. My birthday was March 21st which I thought I was ordering in enough time to get my birthday hairstyle done but that did not happen , I pushed my birthday plans back due to this. When I called “GOFO” their carrier stated they have NOT received the package yet!!! I’m overly irritated. I’ve also reached out via WhatsApp but no response. I either want a full refund or a tracking number with reassurance that my hair is coming.

The web page is incorrect. I canceled my order before the product was shipped. The company apologized for the shipment delay due to a holiday, but would ship as soon as they finished celebrating. They also said I couldn't cancel my order because the product had shipped. My financial institution has received multiple complaints and didn't question my request for a refund. Fedral Govenment needs to stop this company from operating in the United States. Fed Ex needs to stop the company from using Fed Ex shippers while using some bootleg courier dor shipping. Expect a 6 week delivery time although they advertise 48 hour shipping.

Hair is very soft not irritating. Lightweight and natural looking.

I got the Burmese curly ombré hair and I was obsessed I ended up coloring it red as well and the color took well and the curls stayed poppin!!Also whenever I had a question they were which with responding back I will definitely be purchasing again soon!

Hair took almost 2 weeks to receive, which is not bad with everything going on. Love,Love the hair and the invisible thread.I ordered the ombré kinky curly only needed 3 packs

I purchased some hair for a nice crochet style, then inadvertently order again x2 and had to reach out to get a refund. The first hair I am still wearing well over a month, very low maintenance. All I do is moisturize and go. Reached out to the team, requesting a refund for the extra 2 accidental orders, and the process was seamless via email. I did not have to argue or make a fuss. Will be ordering again the quality is great.

I ordered the Burmese curly human crochet hair in the color #P4/27 on February 19 today is March 19 so that makes one month on no delivery. I reached out about my order exactly one week after purchasing on February 27th to inquire about an estimated delivery or at least when there was an estimated time the hair would be shipped out. The answer was very vague and didn’t really answer my question they just said along the lines that there’s a lot of orders and because of that this hair is going to take some time. since then I’ve heard no updates about my order. Granted I can totally understand that it’s in high demand, but if hair is going to take this long and it’s advertised on the website fast shipping etc. I think that they should emphasize before purchasing the hair that there’s a delay with the specific hair I ordered or just say it’s sold out on the website overall. The only reason it’s two stars is because they did offer a different pattern of hair, but because this specific hair color was advertised on social media I politely declined because I was/am looking forward to doing miracle knots in this color and hair pattern.

My experience with QVR started a little rocky but they actively worked with me in straighting out the issue. The email responses were timely and interactions were polite and professional. The quality of the hair is feels good. I haven't installed it yet ..lol.
