Website was reasonably priced and cheaper than some of the alternatives. The website was easy to use but I was slightly untrusting but this was my first time bulk buying ecig liquid. The order came well packaged and was delivered quickly. Contrary to me not initially trusting the website they also have been in contact to make sure everything regarding my experience with them was satisfactory and I will definitely be using them again in the future.

The flavours and prices are good with fast delivery but a lot of the times the flavours show in stock on website but it’s actually not i get many calls saying out of stock what other flavours would you like which is frustrating! So website needs to be updated regularly as this happens quite often!

Only small negative, communication could be a little better,an email to say when the order is being picked would give an idea of when the package would likely be arriving.

But.. they do send 10 emails a day about discount codes on new orders.
Pointless company. Still waiting for a refund.

Sent me the wrong order i got something that wasnt even for the vape I ordered for. Won't sort it out either. Been waiting 3 weeks for them to sort it and they havent. Won't be using them again

I’ve been a customer for a few years now and originally Eliquid Base were fantastic to buy from. Unfortunately my last three orders have been wrong and when i’ve reached out to customer service i’ve been ignored. My most recent order was missing an item and since they won’t reply to any emails or whatsapp messages I can’t even get a replacement or a refund. Very unhappy, i’d avoid unless they improve drastically.

I would NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!the order i placed ended up BEING A SHAMBLES!. the 1st 2 items had been wrongly priced by someone there,but when I spoke to "TONY", HIS ATTITUDE CHANGED TOWARDS ME, BECAUSE I SAID THAT I WAS ENTITLED TO THOSE VAPES AT THAT PRICE,but of course he didn't send them,sent something else that isn't close to how many vapes and puffs I should have been given!.. now I told him that it ordered everything that said " in stock", but when I spoke to him,he had hardly any of the items I wanted.IM STILL WAITING FOR AT LEAST 2 VAPES I HAVEN'T EVEN RECEIVED DESPITE ME PAYING FOR THEMM1 VAPE IVE OPENED IS NOT STOPPING AFTER TAKING A PUFF ON IT,IT CARRIES ON GOING,I must admit that I was shocked at how I was treated despite me putting in a large order, and I mean LARGE order.im shocked at how I got spoken to,the fact that everything I wanted said " in stock" that was a total lie,when I placed my order,I had to email them 3-4 days later to see where it was, and "TONY" tried to give me all the flavours that others didn't want,and im talking MOST OF MY ORDER WAS NOT IN STOCK AT ALL!!!... If i had to give some advice,then PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE WHERE YOU WILL GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR!I made the ultimate mistake, and it was A BIG MISTAKE,by giving ELIQUIDBASE another chance.NOT ANYMORE, NO MORE OF MY MONEY,CERTAINLY NO MORE CHANCES AT ALL!... listen, keep your money and go to VAPE 360 or THE N01 PLUG..that's where I'm going from now on.i have had orders from both places, and its like NIGHT ABD DAY!! BOTH COMPANIES HAVE GOT AWESOME DEALS,and if I had of looked before placmy order,I most certainly have gone to ONE OF THOSE COMPANIES!.. I found the ordering process on the Eliquid Base website to be straightforward and hassle-free. The delivery was impressively quick, and the product itself was very competitively priced. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the service and would have no hesitation in using them again in the future.

Wouldn't even give them 1 star to be fair. Bunch of con artists, half the order is missing now uncontrollable to ask where the rest is. Buy at your peril, also took 2weeks to come on next day delivery. Bad people

A third of my order was missing when delivered and I have been waiting since the 17th March for the missing items from my order to be sent out.

I received a very unprofessional response to my initial email which stated that my complaint was under review and I have had no reply to subsequent emails.
The phone number given is not connected to a network and I have had no response on WhatsApp either.
This company are a bunch of scammers. Beware!

Easy to order and select your items. Quick delivery if there are any issues they sort it very fast and keep you updated about your order. Overall good service, great products efficient in each way definitely recommend
