I have no idea why this company has rave reviews! My own experience was not even similar. I advise people when looking at this sight to read carefully the return criteria. That alone should tell you all you need to know. I ordered an 'Arianna' console table. This was based on the picture of same you will see on their main page and I asked for this in white marble. Delivery was quick and the boxes were opened to check for damages and all looked well. However on assembly it was noted there was a part missing from the bottom. On further inspection the boxes stated it was a "chelsea" console. Then on taking out the marble it was a gold marble. I tried phoning to no answer, I then watsapped. Attempting to have a discussion on watsap I was not apologised to but was given a series of excuses. The person said that the Chelsea was the same as the Arianna just a different name, and All the consoles were the same just given different names??? The names were interchangeable, they no longer came with that part, despite the photo on their page that I went by. I should have watched their video. On and on and on repeating these things. No mention of the wrong marble whatsoever, no answer to that when I brought that up they just went back to telling me the console was the same kind. I became so frustrated. That I left the call and looked at the returns policy to my absolute horror. I believe they have falsely advertised a product as I had, before ordering, a conversation with this company on watsap. I had agreed to buy with that photo on my watsap that they said I could have with my marble choice. No apologies no how can we help. I've wasted a large sum of money of a product that wasn't wanted. Again read the return policy Please, on and on it goes. Go elsewhere and get what you pay for

You ordered the Arianna Console Table, which was delivered as requested. When you contacted us regarding the box being labelled “Chealse,” we explained that this is the warehouse reference name/code used for stock identification. The product name displayed on our website is for customer reference, while the name printed on the box is for internal warehouse purposes to ensure the correct item is picked and dispatched.
On our website, within the Louise Design Collection, we also clarify that certain designs (such as the Louise and Sofia tables) may share the same design but have different reference names. This is standard practice for stock management. After receiving your order, you confirmed that the design inside the box matched the item you had ordered.
You later contacted us regarding a metal part that you believed was missing. We explained that this component is no longer included with the console table design and does not attach to the product. To avoid any confusion, we provide detailed product images and a video on the product page so customers can clearly see the design before purchasing:

Before ordering you had not confirmed with us about the part comes with the console or not because we had provided the video and image for customer to see before they order.
Regarding your call on Sunday, please note that our office is closed on Sundays. However, our WhatsApp support team responded and confirmed that the design delivered was correct.
With regard to the marble top, you ordered the white finish, which features natural veining in white, grey, and subtle gold tones. As marble is a natural material, variations in veining are expected. We did not receive any concerns, photos, or return requests regarding the marble top within the 14-day return period.
Please be reminded that we offer a 14-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to contact us to arrange a return. Additionally, if you believe there is an issue with the marble top, please email us with photos and we will be happy to review and arrange a replacement if necessary.

Ordered a marble table and 4 lion knocker chairs. Great company to deal with. Regular WhatsApp messages to keep you informed of delivery date and then time slot. Lovely friendly delivery man. Didn’t realise I’d paid for it to be made up on delivery but just got in with it. Well worth the extra money paid for putting it together. Saved me and my hubby arguing over it! And it looks fantastic. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service ordered late last night (Tuesday 10.20pm to be exact) was delivered today (Wednesday 3:30pm)
Service was first class answered questions through the chat on the website within minutes even though it was past 9pm. Ordering was very easy, was kept upto date on delivery time & the gents who delivered & assembled my tables were polite, professional & very quick. 🌟 Elite Ambient Interiors scored 10 out of 10 for me & I will definitely be a returning customer.

Terrible company
I purchased a marble dining table and six chairs from a company called Elite Ambient.
One week after delivery, I noticed that one of the chairs was faulty — something you could only detect once you sat on it.
I contacted the supplier immediately, but they claimed I should have reported it sooner. I explained that I notified them as soon as I became aware of the defect and it's only been ONE WEEK! A chair is not a perishable item; it’s meant to last for years.
The manager, then told me I would have to pay for delivery if I wanted the chair replaced. I refused, especially since I had already paid an additional £99 for installation. After insisting, the manager said they would only replace the chair when another order was placed in my area — clearly a stalling tactic. It's been over 2 months and I'm still left with a broken chair!!
This company is absolutely terrible. They are dishonest and lack integrity.
Please do not buy from this company. Consider this your warning — buyer beware! ⚠️

We delivered your table and six chairs as agreed. After two weeks, you informed us that one chair was faulty. At that time, we requested photos and a video so we could assess the issue and arrange a replacement if needed. Unfortunately, we did not receive the video from you. After a month, you sent photos; however, these did not show any visible fault or damage as described.
You also mentioned that you paid for assembly. We completed the assembly and provided you with photos of the finished product, which you confirmed you were very happy with at the time. Two weeks later, you requested a change of chair. Again, we asked for photos or a video, but the images provided did not show any damage.
We explained that we could replace the chair, but since no damage was visible, the delivery charge would apply. Alternatively, we offered to replace it free of charge when we next had a delivery in your area.
You then opened a case with Klarna, claiming the item was damaged. We provided them with all evidence of the assembled product. Klarna reviewed the case thoroughly and requested clear proof of damage from you, which was not supplied.
As stated in our policy, any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. You notified us after two weeks, and the images provided did not indicate damage.
Despite this, we are still more than happy to replace the chair once you provide clear photos or video showing the specific issue. Please send them to:
