Disgusting company u dont like what u bought u should return it right. We bought a dining table set took it out and its not what we wanted mind you we didn't even assemble it.

We boxed it up carefully and asked for a refund. These scammers wanted proof of stuff inside which we had to open everything up and take pictures which we did 4 times.

Then when we had the right pictures the accused us of assembling it and damage boxes which they told up to up so many times get pictures of everything.

They refused a refund due to damage boxes or in there words carefully should be opened up and accused us of assembling it which we didn't.

There fraud of a company if u dont like it they wont refund it even if u dont assemble it.

Don't buy if u want shit quality stuff and then them to accuse u of not even assembling it there fraud company.

What a fabulous table and chairs for the money! I also paid £99 for assembly well worth the money. The guys were helpful and had it done in under an hour. Products were delivered on the correct day and in the time slot I was advised.

My new Gold & Cream Marble Coffee Table has just been delivered just now. I absolutely love it. It's gorgeous oozes luxury and quality. It's sturdy, good looking, installed professionally by the delivery men within minutes. The delivery was professional and quick. I was kept updated throughout. I can't wait to show it off to my family and friends now.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY Elite ambient interiors . They messed up my order and are not prepared to give me a replacement. They are very patronising. They don't want to listen to what you got to say. They assume and try to shift the blame on the customer. I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS COMPANY, they scheduled a delivery for 13th of may, on the document it says delivery and pick up, I assumed they were going to give a replacement and take the damaged one back, just received a message saying its delivered. Someone in elite are messing around, NOTHING has been delivered . I made a huge MISTAKE by not reading the REVIEWS . PLEASE fellow shoppers read the bad reviews it's exactly what I'm going through. I should have bought it from furniture box they are a wonderful company and very professional. I think elite is run by a family who doesn't have a clue. They employed the courier to deliver to my property, one guy rolled a marble top from front to the back where it should have been two people. On the box it says two people must carry as the item is a heavy delicate marble top. They are not accepting blame, they are blaming the courier who they employed.
I did report it to a employee of yours who said he will sort it out. Person 1 , I told you guys about him , you denied no one in that name works for you. After talking back and fourth with person1 he said he will sort it out, person1 said he could not believe what elite was doing and that he would be doing something about it. After everything was sorted with person1 he said we would get a new table top. On the last call with person1 he said person2 has denied our replacement.
Elite has had a word with person1, now person1 doesn't even answer any more calls. WHY ARE YOU GUYS DOING THIS.
I read the negative reviews and I know I am not the only one going through this. I think they have had harsh words with person1 that's why he doesn't answer anymore.
How you guys good reviews, I don't know.
I have the messages and pictures I sent to person1. Person1 rang from elite and you guys saying there's no one in that name working for you. Person1 mentioned about person2 and that I should speak to him.
I was in the bank when a so called person2 rang me. I could not speak to him properly as he was speaking over me and he was laughing at me and accusing me. The lady in the bank at hsbc said they are very unprofessional that they should not be laughing like that, my phone was on speaker. I asked person2 , on the packaging it says two people should carry the item as it was too heavy , it was a marble table top. I asked him should one or two people handle the item? He would not answer. I told him one guy rolled it from the front to the back and into my property . I asked him repeatedly then he was laughing and mocking me over the phone and I couldn't get a word in, so I told person2 I'm making a stop to the payment. Previously I have messages saying they have dealt with people like me before, so I said you have done it to other people as well. They said do what you want to me. I think it's a disgraceful owned business the way they deal with things, twice they delivered at midnight which was scary , which company does that, the driver told me to sign and said elite would sort it out. The only reason I didn't check at the time is because I was disappointed that I didn't get my full package. When I finally did get the frame second time at midnight, I fixed the frame my self which was easy, then with the help of three more people we lifted the top and placed it on the frame, that is when my wife noticed the chip on the top. I told the wife I will get in touch with elite. Four of us lifted the table top with ease and one of them rolled the table top in to my profile. Person2 laughed at me saying that's when it happened. I did it safely. On the packaging it says two people must carry item as it is very heavy and delicate.

We took delivery of a console table today and are absolutely delighted with the product. It’s perfect and just as described on your website. Love it.
Contacting the company was easy and responses were quick and positive.

Fantastic experience would highly recommend. I bought a beautiful table and chairs that was delivered on time and kept up to date about delivery.

Superb customer service. I had a query on WhatsApp about the products, all questions were answered immediately.

Upon making a large order I was messaged again and throughout the process until products were delivered, top notch service.

The furniture; 4 chairs, a bench and 3 bar stools are all top quality and exactly as shown in the photos. Very pleased.

I'm usually skeptical when I read such glowing reviews, however I cannot recommend this company enough!

First of all, they are always quick to reply to my messages. They have been super helpful and accommodating throughout, even in the busiest times of the year.

We really wanted a new dining table set to host on Christmas. Unfortunately we had to order late as we had issues with our flooring company in regards to our new floor being laid. I honestly didnt think it'd be possible to have it delivered on time, being so close to Christmas, but they assured me that they had contacted the delivery company (big shout out to UPN Pallet Company) and would do their best. Well amazingly, it arrived on the 23rd, all the way from Manchester to the north east of Scotland! I ordered on the 21st of December!

Also when it came to ordering, this company didn't have the colour of chairs in the design with the lions that I really wanted at the time, however they offered to send me the right chairs with a different knocker, so I could have my new dining set in time and they would send the lions once they had received a new order of them, of which they kept their word and at no extra cost to me!

It is a beautiful dining set, complimented by many!

All in all, I can't recommend highly enough!
