Still waiting for this company to arrange a courier for a return of goods, now 6 weeks and no response from them via e-mail or telephone. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life, I would strongly recommend to anyone never to use them as they don't even have the decency to reply to you.

The worst delivery experience ever.
It took four separate attempts to receive my dinning table. Two times, they delivered it with a broken marble top, and in the third attempt they sent a marble top for a completely different table size.
Totally unacceptable and disorganised — I finally got the correct table on the fourth attempt. Unbelievable service.

So had my table and chairs came sticking in chairs very bad marks on all 8 chairs arrange for them to be replaced again all 8 chairs had marks on
the delivery driver was rude and intimidating

I asked for a refund which they said I had to repack and take back to there warehouse but the first delivery drivers broke the boxes when they put the table and chairs together
I told the man that was communicating via wattsapp instantly about the chair I said I want a refund he said he would change the chairs

Which I allowed but then the next 8 again had all marks and blue dye on

I would say better look elsewhere as the communication and quality is very very poor I would avoid

I’m currently going through trading standards

I have videos of the delivery driver being rude snd intimidating I was a woman on my own and photos to the ooor quality and defects to prove this

Absolutely brilliant. I ordered a dining set on Sunday. The shopping pay app wouldn’t accept my payment. I’ve e just moved and the address for billing and delivery were different, which caused the problem.
Anyway, after lots of messaging on WhatsApp, Elite ambient agreed to cash on delivery, with no deposit, which is incredibly trusting. Anyway, it arrived today, 48 hours later and I had it built by the delivery drivers and it’s fantastic.
From order to sitting at the table, all done in 48 hours!Ammazing service, the most polite and helpful people I’ve ever met and a product that is stunning. Definitely recommended
