Poor customer service.
Safari Breeze was bought for me as a Valentine’s Day gift after extensive research influenced by TikTok reviews and the company’s own promotional content. Sadly, the fragrance did not meet expectations — the dry-down on my skin was unpleasant and not wearable.
Despite explaining that the perfume was only lightly tested and remains in like-new condition, I was offered no exchange or store credit and then received no response to my follow-up email.
I appreciate that fragrance is subjective, but when products are sold primarily through online marketing without sampling options, this feels unreasonable. The lack of follow-up from customer service was particularly disappointing.
