I really love this perfume! 🌸 It has a beautiful, elegant and long-lasting fragrance. The scent is pleasant without being too strong, and I received several compliments when wearing it. The bottle is also very beautiful. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Smells really great

I have used this website a number of times to order perfumes. They have a great range and their service is really quick.

I ordered some perfume on the 5th and then received an email on the 7th to say it was on the way and given a tracking number. Royal mail say the number has been issued but the item hasn't been received.
The one star is because I have sent messages to customer services and have received no updates or advice. There is no contact number! I'm very worried especially seeing some of the other reviews on here.

Terrible! Wrong item received. Emailed and eventually was told they would send the correct item express delivery which has not happened. That was a week ago, I have emailed and called and have had no communication back! Will never buy from here again.

I have been searching for authentic oud oils for over six months, and honestly, I had almost given up. I wasted so much money buying from people online who claimed their oils were genuine Ajmal or Swiss Arabian, only to receive products that simply didn’t smell right.

Then I came across DBX Perfumes and Hasan.

From the very beginning, Hasan was incredibly helpful and patient. He genuinely listened to what I was looking for and, along with his team, didn’t stop until I found the scent I was searching for.

Having lived in the UAE for 7 years, I know what genuine Arabian oud and those traditional oud oils should smell like. I can tell when something just isn't right — and the oils I received from DBX finally gave me that authentic scent I had been trying to find for so long.

What impressed me most wasn't just the products, but the customer service and willingness to help. Hasan and his team went above and beyond to make sure I was happy rather than simply making a sale.

If, like me, you've been searching for genuine Arabian fragrance oils and are tired of taking chances online, I would definitely recommend giving DBX Perfumes a try.

The perfumes were ok, they didn’t last but the staff were very rude and seemed to argue. The lady was rude

I placed an order (Order #67801) which was never delivered. Royal Mail Delivery Office have confirmed this and I've been trying to get in touch for over a week now via the instructions on the confirmation email with no reply to anything.

Very disappointing service so far and apparently not uncommon for people ordering online?

I have had horrible experience with DXB company online. I sent an email on 5/8/26 and today is 25/8/26 and still not heard anything.

I originally purchased this perfume from the Merry Hill store and was very happy with it, so I decided to order another bottle from your online store. Unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed with the perfume I have received.

The fragrance does not smell the same as my original bottle, and the scent fades almost immediately. This has led me to question the authenticity or quality of the product, as it is noticeably different from the one I previously purchased from your Merry Hill branch.

Given the excellent Trustpilot reputation, I was genuinely surprised and disappointed by this experience.

I do not recommend purchasing from the dxb online.

Order #68055, placed 14 Aug. Six days later Royal Mail still shows the parcel was never handed to them, no dispatch confirmation, and no reply to two emails or a DM. I’d really appreciate someone from your team getting in touch

Good place to buy middle eastern brand perfumes but the staff was very rude to me in person at their bentalls location

Amazing customer service from Clare in Canary Wharf!!

I ordered a sample and received quickly. Beautiful scent. I then ordered another full size product on the 22nd June. To date i have not received it. I emailed them on the 22nd of June and received no response from them at all. It may be a stock issue, however, i would have appreciated the heads up if that was the case. The RM tracking number shows me that RM never received the item to deliver. I accept this may be a very rare occurrence.
