A day after my last review, I received the perfume that was missing in my order. It came as a surprise but I was grateful for the gesture. DXB also sent me an email to state they would issue a refund which I appreciate. Therefore, I’m upgrading my review with another star.

First time ordering from this retailer. I got a few items including a gift perfume. There was a significant delay with shipping so I had to contact them because I had no confirmation of my order for about a week. Not sure if this is usual or if they were just having some issues. Still worth being aware just in case you are ordering for an occasion. The main reason behind my three stars is that one of the items I ordered was not delivered instead I got another product in its place which as you can imagine is frustrating after waiting weeks for delivery. I raised a complaint but it’s been a month and no action has been taken so I’m stuck with a perfume I didn’t order and don’t like.

I am very disappointed with my order. I ordered 5 items from your website, but I only received 3 items. In addition, the 3 items I received were not the products I ordered.

I contacted your customer service by email and explained the issue, but I have not received any response. This is unacceptable and has caused me significant inconvenience.

I would like an immediate resolution, either by sending the correct missing items or providing a full refund. If I do not receive a response soon, I will consider taking further action and sharing my experience with other customers.

Sent me the wrong order and do not return emails

Quick delivery lovely fragrance and the price was right…10/10

Used DXB for the last 12 months and I’ve had no issues until recently, order from May has not arrived and customer service responses have been limited, disputed through my bank as goods are no longer required (30 days later) DXB have now rejected the dispute, so currently left with no product (not needed) and out of pocket with no customer responses. One call from the business 2 weeks ago which was confrontational and didn’t fill me with confidence. - shame as it has been a great business until recent interactions.

i ordered 2 of the same aftershave and only 1 has arrived even tho the invoice in the box says 2/2

From reading other reviews it seems DXB do not seem to care when things do not go according to plan. Purchased a fragrance 10th june today is the 21st if June and still no delivery. Countless emails later and still silence in DXBS part. I guess i will get the standard response to this review which is apologies the customer care team will contact you asap. I wont be holding my breath for their response.in my opinion stay well clear of this company customers seem to be a necessary evil on their way to making a fast buck with no responsability or accountability and redress

Order multiple times from them but this time was really disappointing! Received two items not three, I paid for three. Realised straight package containing two items, done pictures, send to them. No answer! Totally ignored my multiple emails. Have to ask PayPal for help! Pls be careful!

Purchased this as the advertising said the scent lasts longer than the original. Unfortunately this does not last long at all. Smells amazing but doesn’t last. Very disappointing.
