I’ve been training with coach Dani for the past 4 months and I am really loving my sessions.
Dani is very knowledgeable in fitness and nutrition and designs my workouts around my goals and fitness ability and we have lots of fun while I’m training and the sessions whizz by.
I’m already seeing so much improvement in my health and fitness and I’m stronger and I’m seeing changes in my body shape.
I train twice a week with her and I absolutely love it.
Highly recommend Dani and Elite Coaching.

Dani has been amazing! I’ve always felt quite anxious about going to the gym because I had very little knowledge and lacked confidence. Since starting weekly PT sessions with Dani, I feel completely comfortable, I’m learning so much and my confidence is growing every week. I’m now feeling much more comfortable about going to the gym on my own, while still continuing my PT sessions. I honestly can’t recommend Dani & Matt ❤️

Matt and Dani are amazing. They are really knowledgeable and have given me a great plan and I've seen amazing results thanks to them and their plan. They are really understanding and supportive. I've used two of there services the six week shred and online coaching. I'm enjoying as much today as I did in the beginning with the shred. I'm looking forward to seeing how far we can go on this journey.

Dani and Matt are both genuinely lovely people who will help you meet your goals but also still allow you to enjoy occasions and not make you feel guilty.
I only did the 6 week shred with them but it made me feel so much more confident in myself!

The best duo around

Danni is the most realistic personal trainer. She is kind and considerate and understands how difficult it is walking into a gym when you're 60!! I didn't think I would start to change shape but I am and its all thanks to her.

Dani is such a great Pt instructor she makes my sessions so enjoyable and always there to support.

Really helpful and very understanding! Gave lots of support and tips which were really helpful! When my plan needed to change mid way through it was no trouble.

Both trainers have been so helpful to me on my journey . I couldn’t lose and maintain any weight loss before starting my plan, I was given an achievable and realistic plan with regards to calories and workouts and I’ve managed to lose weight and maintain it over the last year.

I have been online training with Matt and Dani for almost a year now! I have gained so much confidence and knowledge from them which led me to doing my first ever fitness shoot! Something I thought I would never have the confidence to do!
Nothing is too much trouble and they are always there to answer any questions and support me though the challenges I have been faced with! I really appreciate all the support and guidance they have given me over the last 12 months!! 💪🏼

I have had a previous workout program with Elite coaching and everything about it was brilliant.

I am currently on a second exercise program, a pregnancy program designed specifically for me which focuses on my strength and health.

I couldn't recommend Elite coaching enough.

Coaching is not their strongest side. I felt like i was being left aside as a number. They don't give constructive feedback and when doing sessions they just don't care about you.

Never again.

Elite Coaching gave me the platform in which to kickstart a healthier routine based around good nutrition and smart training. Matt’s enthusiasm really helped me to make smarter choices in my day to day routine. Highly recommend if you’ve never had a PT before.

Dani is a great personal trainer — friendly, encouraging, and really easy to work with. I’m already seeing great progress and actually look forward to every session!

I have recently completed Dani & Matt’s photoshoot transformation programme and I cannot express how amazed I was at the results, the coaching and the process!
Both Dani and Matt provided amazing support, guidance and communication throughout as well as setting up the most perfect photoshoot day! I continued my programme with them after because I genuinely love working with them both and seeing the results is incredible!
