Love my sessions with Dani , she is so friendly and really knows her stuff . Before I started training I had really bad knees, I have no problems with them now after strengthening those muscles. I really look forward to my PT sessions the hour flies by. If you want a Personal trainer, and you may feel nervous about it or even nervous about joining a gym, Dani’s your girl! … I couldn't recommend Elite coaching enough.

I cannot recommend Matt and Dani enough, the meal plans they create are amazing and tailored to individual needs, even down to the exercise plan, thanks to them I’m on the road to reaching my target weight

I discovered Elite coaching at a time in my life where I felt stuck in a rut. I knew I needed to do something towards my fitness for my health, especially for my mental health that had taken a hit but didn’t know where to start or how. I was lacking in self confidence, motivation and discipline but Dani has been hugely supportive encouraging me to take steps toward areas I never thought I would step towards.

I’m so grateful to have met Dani. I am slowly but surely building my confidence back, by breaking down barriers and challenging myself as I work on my personalised training plan I had written up for me. I was so nervous to start with but I was put to ease with Dani’s kind, calm and down to earth nature.

Dani continues to give honest advice and feedback which has been hugely insightful along with the applied exercises & strategies Dani’s help has allowed me to consciously tackle the areas I struggle with and also identify other areas I didn’t realise I could improve or needed help with. Although still a work in progress, progress has definitely been made and I feel much more positive and empowered. I really can’t recommend Dani and Elite Coaching enough, although I feel I really only have started, I’m excited to continue my journey working with Dani and achieving the kind of results that I am starting to now believe can be achieved. Matt was recommended to me by a friend. I thought at 55 I was a bit late to the party but Matt is so positive and encouraging that after 4 months I'm in to it.
Matt tailored me a plan based on what I wanted to get out of it, so three gym sessions a week and a structured plan to follow is great for me.
I get informative structured and friendly advice from a positive knowledgeable PT.

Matt is reliable and flexible . I enjoy the one to one sessions and he keeps records so I feel confident of my progress which is important to me. We have a laugh as well so it not all serious , which I like

Matt and Dani provide an incredible experience from start to finish.

I had Matt as my coach for all of 2022 and into 2023, he was there every step of the way and whenever I needed him he would provide me with the assistance and advise I required. I made incredible results under his watchful eye and turned my life around from a takeaway eating, alcohol abusing slob to a hard working gym enthusiast who could now run a 5k and lift heavier weights than I could have ever imagined.

I highly recommend these guys and when I start training again, I will definitely be back under Matt's wing.

I have been a member of gyms for some time now and even though I put together an exercise programme for each and have tried to have a healthy diet , nothing was really working and I Didn't see for myself any significant results.
From January 2023 , I started to follow 'Elite Coaching' through social media posts. The buisnees was put together by a husband and wife who live in the Weston Super Mare area.
Their knowledge and expertise have given me a new insight into proper training at either the gym or at home. And Also they speak very positively regarding what food to eat and what is good and what isn't to try and keep a healthy balanced diet.
At the beginning of June of this year , i joined there 6 week Summer Shred plan. It is excellent. I thoroughly enjoy my training sessions at my gym and the meal plan is superb. It has lots of variations to cover your week's food intake and the Elite Coaching team are on hand to answer any questions you may have.
I couldn' be happier with how things are going for me and I would not hesitate to recommend 'Elite Coaching' to anybody who is considering starting out on their own journey to a healthier and better lifestyle.
I am so very grateful for all their help , patience and advice they have given. Elite Coaching are the reason why i have lost approx 18 kilograms since the start of the new year. Thankyou to you both so very much !!!

I’ve been strength/resistance training with specifically Dani for 5 months now and although I struggle to loose weight due to health reasons, this has never stopped her from spurring me on even when I had my ‘why am I bothering’ moments. She even took the time to research the best meal plan to suit my needs to help boost my weight loss.

They are both at the end of the phone when needed, their training trackers are super easy to understand (or you’ll often find them in the gym!) and their professional service is second to none.

A beautiful Husband and Wife, who are so genuine and down to earth. I started my 6 week summer shred with them after years of hatred towards my body. The transformation helped me to feel confident and most importantly happy. They are always there to deal with my crazy voice messages and constant questions and reply almost immediately. They are both so happy to help and always offer great advice. They share a lot about their day to day life, struggles with motivation, shifting weight, gaining muscle etc which makes it so much more realistic and they understand the struggles and provide meal ideas, exercises and lifestyle changes to help.
