I recently had an event and needed gift boxes done within a short time, so I reached out to Elite Custom Boxes. I’m honestly really happy with their service. They were very thorough from the start, made sure every detail was taken care of, and were easy to communicate with throughout the process. The best part was that they met the deadline exactly when promised, which was such a relief with everything else going on for the event.

I had a really good experience with Elite Custom Boxes. Robert was the person I spoke with, and he was genuinely very helpful throughout the whole process. He kept me updated about my packaging order, answered all my questions, and made everything feel smooth and stress-free. My order arrived on time, and I was really happy with the quality of the packaging as well. I truly appreciate the timely delivery and Robert’s professionalism.

I had ordered inserts for my product that needed to have a specific size cutout, along with a color to match my packaging. When I received my order, it was exactly what I needed. Very happy with the results and looking forward to doing business with the team again!

Robert at Elite Custom Boxes was so helpful during the entire process. We asked for a lot of different estimates and options and he was very patient in providing costs for all of our custom requests. We ordered a sample box and after seeing, wanted to make a few design tweaks and they were super helpful with that as well. Things got off to a slow start, but once we got on the same page the experience was straight forward.

Their prices were competitive, and their quality was above what other companies offer in that price range.

Setting up the order itself was great. Ryan was quick to respond to the questions I had before placing an order.

Afterwards, even after the estimated days required for production passed, I had to email repeatedly to get an answer back.

When I eventually did, I was told the packages should be dispatched the day after, and I would be sent a tracking code. No response the day after. I called their phone number, and an agent told me Ryan was in a meeting and would send me the tracking number right after. Of course he didnt.

During this time, I have been receiving regular calls from UPS in order to clear a package. Since I don't have the tracking number, I can't do this. The day after, I'm continuously calling their landline, no answer.

I've been using a custom book box set company for a while now. I'll abbreviate their name as 7CB. I've always spoken with a singular contact there, Steven, but grew really weary of his antics (constantly bidding high, dropping margins over and over with endless follow-ups and "we'd hate to lose you so we'll take another 10% off" and then making it seem like they're doing me the biggest favor), their shipping time, their inflated prices, etc.. First time I went through them for my box sets they overpromised the lead time and they were late. (Steven tends to overpromise a ton, and then tells you to "relax" if you express any dissatisfaction). My first box sets arrived in matte, even though the books themselves are glossy and I had requested glossy box sets. Another time I went through them for a single all-in-one paperback box set (all 6 books of my Dissonance series in a single paperback) and the boxes were WAY too tight...you need the Jaws of Life in order to extract the book, I swear.

It was time for a switch. I finally went with Elite Custom Boxes and let me tell you, Victor is the nicest guy. Well, I was apprehensive knowing that I was switching box set makers, and wasn't sure of the quality, shipping time, etc..

I'm SO pleased to report that I got my box sets today - initial order of 30 - well, Victor beat 7CB's pricing by a mile, shipping time by a mile, customer service by a mile, and the quality is the same or better! And they're spacious enough to accommodate my books without needing the Jaws of Life! My boxes for "The End" series fit in the box sets just fine (the box itself is a wee bit too deep, but I don't really care), and I couldn't believe how quickly they got here. Really, SUPER pleased with them! They also didn't charge me tax, being out of state, and the whole affair was very low pressure. BIG FAN!!!! So glad to have found a reliable partner for my next box sets! I'll be redoing a box from 7CB that is WAY too tight for my Dissonance series, and getting my next box set orders for everything going forward from ECB.

If you need a box set maker for your book series, I cannot recommend ECB highly enough.

I'm elated! I'll be redoing my "Jaws of Life" box set project from the other company and having ECB do it correctly this time, and I'll be taking all the rest of my business to them as well.
