This company is amazing. Firstly, the company reached out to me personally and discussed the exact design I wanted on my box. I was previously displeased with boxes I got from another company because of the quality. This company went back and forth with me for a while to make sure the design was perfect and exactly what I wanted. When I got the boxes, I was speechless. The quality is amazing, the glossiness is perfect, and the boxes close nicely. I will definitely buy from this company from now on.

Superb quality service and product!

bad experience, don’t recommend
Invoice No: #LHACAKVL-0001. Very bad experience. First of all, the company states it’s from the US, but the products are manufactured and sent from Pakistan. So they forward all your personal data to someone in Pakistan without letting you know. My boxes arrived partially damaged because they weren’t packed safe enough. I reached out to the company and they were sending me new ones without charge. However the new ones had a completely different color. The new boxes didn’t have the colour I actually ordered and paid for and weren’t matching with the ones from the first delivery. The performance of this company is not reliable. I spent around 100$ and really regret it. Also the quality is not the best, it’s paper like and not sturdy and the sponges that I ordered for the inside of my boxes have a very chemical smell.

BoxesGen is a U.S.-based company, and like many global packaging manufacturers, we work with international production facilities to keep costs affordable for small businesses. This is standard practice in the packaging industry, and customer data is handled strictly for order fulfillment purposes only, in compliance with applicable privacy policies.
Regarding the packaging damage: as soon as you contacted us, we immediately offered a free replacement, even though transit damage is often outside the manufacturer’s control. This was done purely as a goodwill gesture.
For the color variation: custom packaging is produced in batches, and slight color differences can occur between separate print runs, especially when reprints are requested at a very low order value. Your original order was placed at the minimum cost tier, yet you requested multiple reprints and adjustments that typically apply to higher-volume orders. Despite this, we still reprinted and shipped replacements at no additional charge.
Concerning material quality: the boxes ordered were made exactly according to the specifications selected at checkout. If a sturdier material was required, alternative premium options were available and clearly listed. The inner foam smell you mentioned is a temporary manufacturing odor that naturally dissipates after ventilation and does not indicate a defect.
We always aim to support our customers fairly, but repeated reprint demands beyond the scope of the original order are not sustainable, especially when the total amount paid was minimal compared to the production and reshipping costs we absorbed.
We stand by our products, our service, and the many satisfied customers who continue to work with BoxesGen. If you’d like to discuss this further, our support team remains available and willing to help within reasonable and fair terms.

I was hesitant as I found the company…
I was hesitant as I found the company through a Google search. The quality for custom boxes, from the size of the box to custom log on the box, was perfect. Our sales rep, Chelsea was great. She was great about keeping me abreast of production and delivery, as well as double checking colors and layout to ensure the boxes were to our liking. The boxes were delivered exactly when Chelsea said they would be. They are not inexpensive and they are worth every cent.
