Just wanted to say thanks for the great service
Just wanted to say thanks for the awesome experience I had at your store the other day. I was looking for a recumbent bike because I wanted to find a low-impact way to exercise, and your selection was fantastic.
Bruce was super helpful. They were really knowledgeable about all the different options and took the time to explain the pros and cons of each one, like the different resistance levels, seat comfort, and built-in features like heart rate monitors.
They were patient with me and answered all my questions, even the silly ones!
The store itself is really well laid out and easy to navigate.
I ended up going with an ARX700. I'm already loving it! It's exactly what I was looking for. Thanks again for the great service!

Great customer service. I ordered my products on-line which was super easy. They always answered the phone and always called back with all my questions if they didn’t have the answer on hand. perfect at home gym!
I was in the market for an at home gym. I did a quick google search and elite fitness brendale came up! I live 10 mins from there so it was convenient. I went in to the store, told them exactly what I wanted and I was walked through everything.
I wasn’t pressured into buying the more expensive stuff - which I highly appreciated even though price was not an issue! I just wanted the best. I was talked through why one type was better than the other for us at home. The installation was easy as. They just came to my home, I told them where to put it and they set it up perfectly. I couldn’t be happier with it! I’m really Looking forward to using it more this year.

Hi Brandon, I have checked your order and our records show that your parcel was delivered on January 3 by Aramex at 8:51am. Is it possible that the parcel was placed somewhere at your location? I will call later today to assist to resolve this.
I can see that it is an apartment block so I am hoping that Aramex have delivered it to the correct place.
I haven't seen a message come through to us as a follow up, this is the first notification we've seen that there is an issue with you order.

Quality service & Equipment
The team at Elite Fitness Equipment were extremely informative and helpful upon me entering the store and was able to answer all of my questions regarding the all in trainer we were looking at online. What sold us on this product was not only the product its self but the team and the care they had. I didn’t feel forced into buying something and had the opportunity to go home and chat with my partner about it all. I returned that afternoon to put in the purchase
We asked for delivery and set up and they arrived early morning and did an amazing job setting up ready for us to use that evening. All of the install team were amazing and so kind.
The all in one trainer is such amazing quality and we will certainly be back in future for further fitness gear

Great shop, staff are very helpful. The only problem is I now have to drive out to Brendale as the Virginia store closed down! That being said it's definitely worth it as they have a great range of quality fitness equipment for reasonable prices.

On the other hand, logistics collection times can sometimes be delayed, especially at this time of year. We feel that we did our best to send you the correct item, without recieving the initial item that was sent in error, we did this in good faith.
As a small business, this review impacts us quite negetively: we have made an attempt to sort this issue out for you, we have also tried to phone you just now to discuss some options to mitigate this issue overall.

Delivery was set for a certain day
Delivery was set for a certain day - no show !
I paid for it to be redirected to someone who waited in all the paid for day - no show
I called the parcelconnect call centre - they said it would be delivered on a Friday - waited and no show
Then this Sunday morning it was delivered without any warning by luck when I was at home. Tracking said it was out for delivery for a week - assume in the back of a van. TERRIBLE WASTEFUL DELIVERY SERVICE

Your order was fufilled within an hour of ordering and picked up within the same day by Aramex. All of the concerns that you mentioned above were directly with Aramex, not with Elite. If customers face challenges with deliveries we always try to assist where possible. On this occassion, had we known about the issues at hand we would have been happy to step in.
I completely understand your frustration, we, at times face a lot of challenges with freighting delays, but they are beyond our control and we get told as much by the freight companies themselves.
I wish there was a way that we could make this better for you, please know that this is not a reflection of Elite, rather Aramex. As a small business these types of reviews really affect us, we feel that this has been directed in the wrong direction.
Should you have any concerns / remarks about your product, we are here to listen as well. I ask that you consider the impact of your review and or rewrite ours more favourably and copy and paste this one to Aramex? ;)

Elite Fitness is unmatched for price and service
Elite is the place to go for gym equipment on the northside of Brisbane. The shop is well set out and welcoming. The inclusions with equipment are part of the price and not added on like other stores. Matthew was exceptional and did a fantastic price for the equipment I wanted. Installation was prompt, efficient, and tidy, and the installers were lovely. I will definitely be back.

Just a long slow process to get the treadmill delivered. With issues of delivery from the factory. Elite staff keep informed of the issues and were pleasant to deal with in regards to the delivery delays.
