Elite Pet Táxi helped in June 2025 for the first time when we moved from China to London via Paris (caused by UK restrict regulation. Marcel received in the arrival gate at CDG Airport in Paris and safely drove us until London. What is the most important is that he helped us to solve an issue in the British authorities to read my cats microchip. He took us to a pet clinic nearby and asked ir vet to read and issue a certificate of my cats’ microchip. We were about to be rejected in the border pet inspection, but he solved it! In April 2026 they provided us services to take us from London to Brazil again via Paris. It happens during the Easter Holiday and they managed the time and logistics accordingly to ensure we’ll be able to catch the flight. They upgraded our Eurotrain tickets to secure the shortest queue and early departure as well Marcel helped us with our luggage and cat crates into the check-in counter in the airport. I’m very grateful to their services provided, that is far beyond transportation as they understand and manage the stressful tasks, so you can take care of your pets only.

Rene met me at arrivals and escorted me to the car which was clean, well equipped with snacks, padding, and even a litter box. They made plenty of time for rest stops and yet also quickly navigated through the border patrol at the LeShuttle and made this a seamless experience for me. Very professional and courteous.

He picked us up right on time in Paris and got us to England even ahead of schedule, which immediately set the tone for a smooth journey. We’ve been traveling with two Pomeranians, and it hasn’t been easy—getting from Spain to Paris involved multiple trains and cabs, which was exhausting. However, our ride with Renee was by far the most worry-free part of the trip. He was accommodating, professional, and clearly understood the challenges of traveling with pets.

We have two cats and were quite anxious to do such a long journey but they were so calm throughout the whole journe. We were picked up from Paris Orly Airport by Marcel, who was incredible from start to finish. Before the journey, we weren’t entirely sure how we were going to get our cats back to the UK, but Elite Pet Taxi guided us through the entire process — from travel logistics to requirements and documentation — making everything feel straightforward and stress-free.

I recently traveled from Shanghai to Newcastle with my pet, and I had the pleasure of using the Pet Taxi service for the leg of my journey from Paris. From the moment I arrived, Marcel was there waiting for me, which was such a relief. He was incredibly considerate and made sure we had regular stops every hour or so, so my dog could stretch her legs and I could take a break too. This was my second time using Elite Pet Taxi, and once again the experience was excellent. Marcel and his wife were incredibly friendly throughout the entire process, and communication with them was always easy and clear. They were consistently available to answer any questions, very professional, and extremely polite.

Our journey from Paris Orly to London took less than six hours and was smooth, calm, and relaxing from start to finish. The car was very spacious, and my cat was even allowed out of the travel bag, which made the trip much more comfortable for him. Marcel also assisted us at the pet reception in Calais, which was a huge help.

On top of that, Marcel is a genuinely nice person and great company for conversation during the drive. Having used this service twice now, I can confidently recommend Elite Pet Taxi and will definitely be using them again in the future.

I had some trouble with my flight due to weather and they were very responsive and helpful in adjusting travel plans. They met me at arrivals for CDG airport and helped load all the bags in the car and even brought a litter box for my little one to have all that she needed after a long flight to feel comfortable.
Even Manu the cat enjoyed the ride and got some sightseeing in on the drive.

My husband and I have used Elite Pet Taxi at least twice to transport our 3 cats. The first time, my husband had a wonderful experience of professionalism, expertise, compassion, and, really, perfection. The second time I was in the taxi with the cats and Marcel, our driver, discovered by his own expertise, that I had been scammed by the vet issuing my pet paperwork, or else the vet didn't care to check whether she was issuing valid/correct paperwork. Marcel handled the situation with patience, calm, and expertise. He did everything he could to keep our trip running smoothly, prioritizing my cats and my family the whole way through, and not himself when it was totally my fault that I didn't have the right paperwork/didn't verify. He solved the problem, taking a relatively brief detour to a vet who issued me 3 pet passports on the spot. Marcel encouraged me to get a set of 3-year vaccines for the cats because it would mean I wouldn't need to bother with paperwork for the UK/EU for another 3 years -- in other words he again prioritized my interests, not his. My cat peed in his car afterward (he and I cleaned it up immediately so you get a super clean ride!), and he was so patient with that. What I'm trying to say is this company is not just a taxi that allows pets. They are experts and, even rarer, they are good people who genuinely care about you and your animals. If you can afford them they're worth every penny and beyond.
