Super Pet Travel Reviews

We recently moved our two pets to Valencia in Spain. Mo picked them up in the UK and drove them over for us. Our dog is not a good traveller but Mo really connected with her and made her journey as easy as possible. I cannot recommend him enough. If I could give him a higher rating 5+++ on trustpilot, I would! He is trustworthy and a kind human! I highly recommend him if you need to transport your pets to another country. Thank you so much Mo for taking such good care of our two little family members.

Super Pet Travel provided a great overall service in transporting us and our dog from Gare de Lyon to our home in London, in particular our driver Faruk.

This was our first trip with our puppy so I had a number of questions. Rozh answered all of them when I first made contact a few weeks before we travelled, including questions around our travel options and the numerous documents we would need for transporting the dog into the U.K.

Faruk met us at the train station in Paris right on time and drove us all the way to our home in London. He suggested we make a couple of stops to break up the journey which worked out very well. He was great especially considering it was a long day for us and even more so for him as he had to drive from the U.K. that morning to pick us up in Paris. He knew the ropes at LeShuttle which was very helpful too because we were able to get on an earlier train.

All in all, a great service. If we ever need to do a trip again we will make sure to call Rozh and Faruk!

Absolutely recommend this pet travel service! Communication was incredibly fast and clear, and our journey from Belgium to London was entirely stress-free. Many thanks to Rozh for organising the journey and to Faruk for the pleasant drive!

Mo was very responsive and very reasonably priced even for a last minute booking. Would recommend for pet friendly service.

Mo’s service was exceptional and without fault. From start to finish he went above and beyond. Such a lovely man too. I would recommend this service to anyone. Thank you Mo, I wish you, your family and your business all the very best.

(Transporting our rescue cat from France to England)

Mo delivered my rescue dog to my door in the UK after a very long and tiring trip from Belgium. He also called en-route to let me know his estimated time of arrival which was much appreciated. A brilliant service. Highly recommended.

Excellent service. Mohammed went over and above. Would recommend ❤️

Rozh was fabulous!

I'm incredibly grateful for Rozh and his family who transported our cat 180+ miles from our pick up address in London to our new home in South Wales earlier this week. From the very first email back I felt very reassured and our cat arrived at our new home very relaxed, so clearly she was very reassured on route too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rozh's service, it definitely made moving much less stressful!

We had an excellent experience with Super Pet Travel, and I cannot thank Mohammed enough for all his help.

From the very beginning, he carefully checked all of Bob's travel documents before our journey to make sure everything was in order and that there would be no issues during the trip. This gave us great peace of mind, especially as we were travelling internationally with our dog.

Mohammed collected us from Brussels Airport and drove us safely to Bristol. Throughout the journey, he was professional, friendly and incredibly supportive. Travelling with a pet can be stressful, but he made the entire process calm, smooth and much easier than we expected.

He genuinely cared about making sure both we and Bob were comfortable throughout the journey, and his experience with pet transport was evident. We always felt that Bob was in safe hands.

I would highly recommend Super Pet Travel to anyone travelling with their pet. Thank you, Mohammed, for your kindness, professionalism and for making such an important journey a positive experience for our family.

Amazing service from initial telephone call. Thank you sooo much

Arranged transport for our Jack Tzu, Daisy from UK to Barcelona at short notice after previous company canceled week before trip. Regular updates and excellent service. Daisy arrived earlier than expected as well. Thanks to Mo and Rozh.

Mo was on time, personable, and ensured we were comfortable. We appreciated the door to door service from our hotel in Brussels to our hotel in London. He had an obvious rapport with the folks at the Chanel Tunnel pet checkpoint and passport control. This all made for a smoother process. Glad we used this service!

Thank you to all involved in getting our little boy back from Bali ! We were sent pictures and updates the entire time ! Can not thank you all enough

Rozh and Muhammad were great and took the stress out of moving our dog by road from the UK to Spain. Great and clear communication, very flexible and fully understanding of our requirements.
We chose Super Pet Travel as they guaranteed a private bespoke service in a large and comfortable Mercedes people carrier (unlike other Companies who have multiple animals in a van), and they arrived in Valencia ahead of schedule.
Will definitely be using them again if we need to go back to the UK.

Mohammed was waiting for us at CDG airport in Paris. He was very helpful and courteous. Our trip back to the UK after a long haul flight was very well coordinated and felt we were in good hands all the way home. Would not hesitate to recommend Super Pet Travel.

We were concerned that a road trip across Europe with two teenagers and a cat would be long and cumbersome but Mo and his team were so accommodating placing our comfort first and also providing great company and conversation along the way. It was a very easy trip from start to finish. Great communication when coordinating the trip, quick response time and fair pricing. Highly recommend Mo and his team!!

We brought our puppy from Calais to Folkestone. Our driver (Faruk) was very helpful, answered all our questions and supported us through the process. We had a brilliant experience. Everything was very smooth. You do have to initially trust the process though. Our journey to Calais had last minute changes due to railway issues, Rozh, dealt with everything timely and sorted everything out so we could continue our journey seamlessly.

I recently used their service to transport my pet from France to the UK, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Tola - The driver was extremely knowledgeable and clearly knew everything about the process, which made the journey completely stress-free.

Everything was handled efficiently from start to finish, with excellent communication throughout. The driver was also very friendly and professional, making both me and my pet feel comfortable and well looked after.

I would highly recommend this service to anyone needing pet transportation!!

Absolutely amazing company! Mohammed went over and above for my two guinea pigs who had travelled from the Finland to the UK. He went over an above when I had issues with an international transfer I asked Mohammed if he could withdraw the money if I sent it and he helped me out of a very difficult situation.

He is very trustworthy, and runs an honest respectable company. I could not recommend him and super pet travel enough!
