Super Pet Travel Reviews

Mo was fantastic taking my two dogs from Portugal to England. Everything was perfect and he is a very nice guy !

From the moment we contacted Rozh at Super Pet Travel and he explained their service we felt we were in good hands. They covered all bases in regards to our fur baby's travel to the UK from Portugal. Mohammed is the true star, as the driver and companion on Cookie's road trip. He was warm, friendly, funny and kept us updated at different stages of their journey. We can't thank them enough. We placed our trust in them and they didn't let us down.

Mohammed and Tariq provided us with an exceptional experience with patience. They are trustworthy, kind and efficient. Tariq drove us with our two cats from Amsterdam to the UK using Le Shuttle. He advised and organised every step of the way. Tariq was a safe and friendly driver, with a lovely clean and comfortable car. I was very stressed before taking my flight working through logistics. They advised on what happens if delayed, what certificates to get, payment options and any things to prepare for. What top notch service they provide - I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Thanks Tariq and Mohammed.

Excellent communication, quick responses, fair price, and friendly service.
We used them on our return from Paris to London to travel with our small dog. Comparing to other quotes we got, they were up front about the costs and explained the whole process clearly (leshuttle transfer which has dynamic pricing, taxi costs, etc). The trip itself was also a pleasure, they use Mercedes V class minibus which is comfortable and has plenty of storage. Definitely highly recommend, seems to be the easiest way to travel with pets to the UK :)

Great experience, super friendly driver, very punctual and professional.

Btw my drivers name was Tariq!

Rozh, Mohammed and Tariq were absolutely brilliant. They were very helpful in planning and preparing my dogs journey from Germany to the UK and communicated at every step. The trip went very well and my usually very anxious dog arrived with a smile. I’m very grateful to the whole team and can only recommend Super pet Travel!!!

The experience with Super pet travel was great. It was our first time using the service but it went very smoothly and I would recommend the company to anyone looking to transport their precious pet between the Uk & Europe.

Wonderful experience in contacting for info before placing my order. On the day of travel the driver was on time and very nice to answer our questions and give advice to avoid rush hour in London. Smooth check-in at the Eurotunnel and we did not have to worry about anything all the way.

Extremely professional service. Communication prior to booking and payment was great. Mohammed, our driver, was very friendly, punctual, and knew the border process well to get us and our small dog from Paris to London.

SuperPetTravelUK was very responsive.
Mohammed drove my dog and me from Munich to London. He was polite, punctual, and knew the border processes very well.
I would highly recommend the company to anyone looking to travel by road between Europe and the UK.

Great service! Literally called a day earlier and had my cat delivered from Manchester to Newcastle the next day. Would 100% use this service again, very quick and reliable.

Excellent and professional service. Booked to meet my son and his Turkish rescue dog at Harwich and bring them up to Manchester. Had never used a pet courier before but after speaking to Mo we knew we were in good hands. Journey went off without a hitch and took the stress out of the process for us. Thankyou.

Excellent service!
We travelled Shanghai-Paris with our dog Winnie and two cats and Mo was waiting for as at the airport. He was in contact with us before the trip and when we arrived he had everything ready for us. He had water for Winnie and the cats and we stopped on the way to Calais for Winnie to stretch her legs and when we arrived to the border he helped with everything!
Mo knows everything that needs to be done, he’s very helpful and kind, and the van he used is big and comfortable.
I will definitely recommend his services

I used his service from Paris to London and had a fantastic experience. The service was professional, everything went smoothly, stress-free, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone traveling with a pet.

Mohammed was really helpful, prompt with responses and clear with the instructions. Everything went smoothly. Good and reliable service, I can recommend.

We know the driver from previous journeys. He’s super friendly, efficient, knows his job. I highly recommend his services if you want to go abroad or come back to the UK with your pet.

We had really good experiences with super pet travel. They've helped us on difficult situations and specially thanks to Mohamad Rahman who's professional and supportive during whole our trips.

An excellent service. Mo was an absolute life saver when we became stranded without a vehicle in Calais with our little dog. He turned a very stressful situation into a positive experience. He has such a lot of experience and knew exactly what to do including all the pet documentation. I would highly recommend Mo and his team!

USE THIS SERVICE. When I called, Mohammed picked up the phone. The first thing you get is a positive and can do attitude. We travelled a long way internationally and to have that on the end of the line is what you want, as moving dogs around the world can be superbly stressful. Since leaving Iraq and moving to the UK, Mohammed has been driving across the channel for 15+ years. He’s super reasonable and arranged himself to turn up 1.5 hours early for our pick up which helped us a lot.

Our experience with our 2 cats was amazing. We flew from Turkey to Paris then Mohammed picked us up from the airport and drove us to England. He had essentials which we used as one of our cats had a little accident..
he also stopped at services when we wanted a break and was patient and polite.
I will definitely be recommending
Thankyou mo!
