Super Pet Travel Reviews

From Calais shores to Folkestone’s gate,
Mohammed drove — and he was great!
With Kevin pup and bags in tow,
We breezed along, no stress, no woe.

His price was fair, his timing right,
He even got us there early — tight!
A pet pro through and through, you’ll see,
He knows the rules from A to Z.

With smiles and care, he led the way —
And made it feel like holiday!
So here’s a cheer for rides so smooth,
And Super Pet Travel’s well-traveled groove.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Absolutely outstanding service – highly recommended!

We recently used Super Pet Travel Agency to bring our two beloved dogs, Miley (a pug) and Nina (a cocker spaniel), from Paris to the UK, and we cannot express how grateful and impressed we are with the entire experience.

From the very first message, Mo was professional, patient, and incredibly kind. He answered all our questions, helped us understand the process clearly, and made sure we felt confident every step of the way. The communication was excellent throughout.

The actual journey was seamless. Mo picked us up in Paris exactly on time, the vehicle was perfectly equipped for both pets and humans, and he treated our dogs with so much love and care. We could tell that he truly understands animals and takes pride in offering a high-quality, compassionate service.

We crossed into the UK without any issues, and Mo made sure that all documents were in order and that the dogs were safe, calm, and comfortable during the entire trip.

This was not just transportation — it was a caring, stress-free experience that we will always be thankful for. If you’re looking for someone to help you bring your pet into the UK, don’t hesitate — Mo and his team are absolutely the best.

Thank you, Mo, for helping us reunite with our girls safely. We’ll never forget your kindness.

Mo managed the move of our dog from London to Milan in such a professional and caring manner. He guided me through the whole process, including the management of the Vet and the collection of the passport. It could not have been more efficient. He gave me updates on the move all through the two days of travel. I will of course use his service's again and can highly recommend him to anyone who would like their dog cared for so well during the move.

We had a brilliant experience with Mo at Super Pet Taxis. From the very first message, he was responsive, reassuring, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He picked me and my dog Dennis up in Paris after a long international flight and drove us safely to the UK. Mo even helped us sort out Dennis’s EU pet passport along the way — something I couldn’t have done without his help. He treated Dennis with such care and kept me calm during a stressful journey. Highly recommend Mo if you need reliable, knowledgeable pet transport. He really goes above and beyond!

I recently used this company to relocate my beloved pet, and I cannot praise them enough for the exceptional service they provided. From start to finish, the team demonstrated true professionalism, care, and attention to detail that made the entire process stress-free—for both me and my furry friend!

The communication was clear and reassuring from the very beginning. Every question I had was answered promptly, and they walked me through each step with patience and kindness. I could tell they truly care about animals, not just as a business, but with genuine compassion.

On the day of the transfer, everything went smoothly. The team arrived on time, handled my pet with such gentleness, and ensured that all the necessary documentation, and comfort arrangements were in place.

I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who wants reliable, caring, and professional pet transportation. They truly go above and beyond. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of my pet!

Would recommend Mohammed’s services to everyone! Punctual, friendly and made the travel experience for my pet a breeze and super comfortable. Thanks Mohammed :)

Mohammed was a star. He picked my wife and adopted rescue puppy from Paris and brought them over to the UK, where I met them in Folkestone. I was naturally nervous because getting the correct paperwork in Mexico was impossible, so we were faced with the prospect of being stuck in Calais. Mohammed assured me it would be ok, and he was right. It all went very smoothly.

Mo and Tariq were simply the best during our trip through the Eurotunnel. They offer a great service at a reasonable price, they even managed to accommodate some last minute changes. This company is the real deal if you're traveling with pets. Highly recommended!

Very lovely staff who were very accommodating! to me in the car if I could give any higher review i would absolutely brilliant!!!!

Mo is wonderful and my new pet handled beautifully with a friendly lovely smile.
Thank you so much

Butter came to us in such a good mood after such a long drive!
Very helpful and friendly service.
Would use again

If we could give 100 stars we would, Mohammed was simply amazing this weekend, professional, communicative, reassuring. He’s also a very good driver and we felt safe on the roads. He made our difficult situation so much easier, and we are so glad we found Super Pet Travel.

We had a fantastic experience with Mo at Super Pet Travel. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the requirements for bringing our dog in and out of the EU, which made the whole process much less stressful. They arrived on time, communicated clearly throughout the journey, and even went the extra mile by helping us move our boxes and bags. On top of that, they were genuinely kind, great with our dog, and made the trip smooth and easy. Highly recommend!

Excellent service!
Special thanks to Mohammed who was very friendly, professional and accommodating. Provided very helpful information and suggestions about the whole process. He eased all the stresses and worries of transporting my dog. I strongly recommend Super Pet Travel. Absolutely 5*****
Thank you very much:)

We've booked Mo twice now to drive us to France to bring our pets from Calais to Folkestone. The first time (Dec 24) we were so nervous because we'd never traveled with pets before but Mo put us at ease. He was confident with our rescue pets (cats) and even operated the microchip reader at UK customs for us. He was very understanding of our situation. We booked him again to bring our other cat back in Feb 25 and were so much more relaxed because we knew Mo had everything driving/transport related in hand.

Would strongly recommend - Mo has lots of experience and made a really stressful process a lot less stressful!

I travelled from Portsmouth to Skegness with my two cats. Excellent service, smooth ride and the cats were very comfy. Really recommend.

Booked Super Pet Travel for our transport from Gatwick to Newport with our dog. Communication with Mo was great, he was able to pick us up just in time for our dog's release from the Animal Reception. Our car was also spacious and clean. Overall, great experience, will definitely book again once we needed transport for our dog 💯

I recently used Super Pet Travel and Mohamed Rahman Dog Transport for transporting my pet from Paris to London, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience.

Super Pet Travel provided an incredibly professional and well-organized service. Their team was knowledgeable about all the necessary paperwork and ensured that my pet's journey was smooth and stress-free. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for pet travel. The communication was excellent from start to finish, with updates throughout the trip, which reassured me that my pet was in safe hands.

Mohamed Rahman Dog Transport also provided outstanding service. He was punctual, friendly, and clearly experienced in handling pets during long journeys. My dog was well taken care of, and the journey through the Eurotunnel went seamlessly. His attention to detail and care for animals truly stood out, making the experience even better.

I highly recommend both Super Pet Travel and Mohamed Rahman Dog Transport to anyone looking for a reliable and safe way to transport their pets between Paris and London. Five-star service all around!

Mo and his team are nothing short of excellent. From the very first communication (where we were in eastern Germany) to the very last minute of dropping our cat off in Canterbury, Mo kept us informed of every step, with live updates and locations, constant communication; I could go on and on.

During a very chaotic travel day for us, every time we had contact with Mo, it was always pleasant and professional.

We thought we would arrive first since we were flying, but Mo patiently awaited our arrival at our house, still smiling, 5 minute handoff and all was well....

I truly can't thank Mo and his team enough for taking a large piece of stress out of our move; would give some more stars if I could...... Thank you

This service was amazing! We were running late and our driver, Mohammad, helped us problem solve and get over the border!
