Super Pet Travel Reviews

Highly recommend this service, great communication and made the process very smooth and comfortable!

Our experience with Super Pet Travel was incredible from start to finish. We had to book very last minute due to a breakdown in France and Super Pet Travel were so accommodating and made what was an incredibly stressful situation much much easier! We were super unlucky and had a second disaster with a hire but our amazing driver went above and beyond to make sure we could still get home! We could not recommend Super Pet Travel enough!!! Thank you again for saving us (twice!!)

Things involving our beloved pets are always very difficult and anxiety inducing so to have a company like SuperPetsTravel and someone like Mo there to make the entire process stress free is absolutely invaluable. We had to transport our pets from Thailand to the UK via Paris and we hired SuperPetsTravel to pick us up from Paris and drive us through to Bristol via the Euro Tunnel (LeShuttle). Mo was so helpful end to end in the process from enquiry all the way through to dropping us off at our final destination. He was very polite and friendly and had a deep knowledge of all the processes involved in what we were doing as he is also very very experienced. He gave us live tracking on his car when he was on his way to us and was always available on the run up to the day for enquiries or amendments. Mo is polite, friendly, interesting and thoughtful and provided an array of snacks and drinks for us for our long journey. He was helpful at the boarders and reassuring all the way through. He knew exactly what to do at every step and took control over all the processes when crossing boarders etc so it really made the entire experience absolutely stress free for us. After a long flight already and a lot of preparation, having this professional and friendly service really made our day. We got to where we needed to be quickly and safely and actually ended up really enjoying the experience even though we had been dreading it for months thinking it would be a nightmare, but it wasn’t at all and that’s all thanks to Mo!

Had as smooth a transfer from Calais to Folkestone as one could possibly hope for. Mohammed met us right at the Calais-Ville station and zipped us right through all the required checks to get on LeShuttle. Absolutely top notch service! Would absolutely hire him again for a pet transfer.

Very good company! The car was outstanding, service and timetable was perfect.
We were worried about the journey but they made it stress free.
Highly recommended.

Absolutely fantastic company that i would undoubtedly would recommend to anyone, Mo was a massive help and answered every queries I had. My driver Sirwan was at charles de gaule waiting for me , then told me, whenever i wanted to stop for coffee to just let him know, he even bought it, total gentleman, felt like I knew him for years . They really truley care about your pets. The costing was very affordable and well worth every penny. Do not hesitate to book super pets.

Thank you Mo and Sirwan for a stress free comfortable journey from Paris to London

Mo is excellent guy. We reached our destination before we except. I definitely recommend him. Everything was very straightforward.

A great and smooth experience from Folkstone to Calais and return trip.

We had issues at the pet reception (something to do with our passport) but Mo was great and patient and even helped check the microchips of our cat!

Really recommend using Super Pet Travel and will use again if I ever need to do so.

Fantastic service. Great communication and service with a natural smile. Highly recommend.

We used Super Pet Travel after our vehicle broke down and we had to get back to the uk. We found them to be really efficient, reliable, and reasonably priced. The owner made what was a stressful time, more relaxing as everything worked perfectly. We would definitely recommend this company.

Hello, I would like to inform you that last week I used the services of the company
Super Pet Travel, I brought 3 cats from London to Spain, Mr Mohammed Rahman helped me a lot both at the border and during the journey. He was very kind and helpful and I am very thankful that my cats made it through the journey without any problems and we arrived home happily, I would like to thank him and I highly recommend this company, use their services and you will not be disappointed. So glad I found this company. Mohammed was quick to get back to me and help me arrange my travel. Tariq, our driver, was a pleasure to spend the time with and very knowledgeable about what we needed to do to get our pets across and made sure we were all comfy for the trip.

2nd time I used Super Pet Travel! Mohammed and his team are great, responsive, knowledgeable about the process and very easy to work with. I highly recommend and will use again for my pet travel needs.

Really good service. On time and really know how to guide you through the whole crossing and journey smoothly. And my cat loved her Le Shuttle experience thanks to the driver helping to make her comfy. Thanks!!

Excellent, tip-top, service from Mohammed. A very affable gentleman who clearly loves what he does and is very good at it! We found Mohammed to be punctual and exceptionally informative - for example he was very thoughtful indeed to share with us his live location on WhatsApp when he was coming to pick up our dog; he also regularly updated us with videos and photos of how our pooch was doing once he had collected him. Thoroughly recommend and deserves to do well.

Mo is a consummate professional. He carried myself, my wife and our two dogs from Southampton, UK to Malaga, Spain. He was prompt, efficient, friendly and accommodating to all of our needs. It was a long drive and he got us here safely and has the experience/credentials to navigate international travel with pets (which was a huge concern for us having never moved country before). Highly recommended.

Mo was brilliant from start to finish. From first contact he was informative about what we needed to provide for him to bring our cats to the UK and very reassuring that everything would be ok. We were quite nervous for the cats but once we met Mo we felt instantly at ease. He kept us updated throughout his trip and even did a video call so that we could see how our cats were doing.

Once he arrived at our front door he helped bring some baggage inside and made sure everything was fine before he left. We are so glad we chose to use his service and would do it again if we ever needed to!

Thank you Mo!

Mo was great to work with. Very responsive and everything went smoothly with our move from the US to the UK with our dog. Stress free experience!

Mo was super accommodating. We'd often need last minute changes and have to contact him late at night. He'd always make time for our queries, and ensured we got home safely. Thank you so much for all your help! You made the process so stress-free

Mohammad was very flexible and accommodating. Managed to arrange him with only a 6 hour notice. Drove our dog from Kent to Ascot with a fair price. The kids were elated to see their golden retriever back at home after being away for summer. Will use Mohammad again on our next excursion.
