Joshua provided exceptional service relocating our two rescue dogs from Oman to the UK. Picking us up from (CDG) airport in Paris and onto and through the Eurostar, his caring nature and professional communication made the 10-hour trip stress-free and seamless. We were flying from the U.S. to the U.K. and we needed a transportation service to meet us at Luton Airport and take us to the Midlands. We found 101 Pet Express quite by happenstance and we could not have been more pleased with our choice. From our initial contact booking the trip with the owners, to our wonderful driver meeting us on the tarmac about 10 steps from the plane, to the drive home in a van that was the pinnacle of comfort for the dogs and for us, the service was absolutely magnificent. And what is even more remarkable is that 101 Pet Express was a fraction of the cost of the other services we consulted. 101 Pet Express is an all-too-rare example of a business that provides the very highest level of service and value.

Excellent service, highly recommended! Communication was prompt and clear from start to finish, and they were happy to answer all of my questions and put me at ease, despite it being my first time transporting a pet over such a distance. Both Amanda and Josh, the two I spoke with, were the perfect balance of professional and friendly!
I chose to travel with my Mainecoon, Trixie, using their bespoke journey by van, as it was from the UK to Austria, and I wasn't comfortable with other services travelling by air and her possibly being in the plane hold.
Josh was lovely company on the two-day journey and helped ensure Trixie was at ease the whole time and that the whole experience was as stress-free as possible!
The whole thing was an A+ experience, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! If you're struggling to choose which service would be the best service for you and your pet, I strongly urge you to go with 101 Pet Express, they will look after your dear pet and by extention, you!

We had a great experience yesterday, our new pup was brought from Europe by Josh and John and safely delivered. Keeping us anxious parents informed of their progress and how the pups were doing all the way.

101 Pet Express moved a very nervous dog a long distance for Dachshund Rescue. Thy were so easy to book and very accommodating when we had to change the date due to illness. On the day, we were able to track journey progress and Brodie was delivered perfectly chilled and calm. We would definitely recommend.

If you're looking for top-notch pet transport, I can't speak highly enough of 101 Pet Express. They delivered an exceptional service for my dog and me, handling our transition from Paris to the UK via the Eurotunnel seamlessly, even after a long overnight flight. Josh greeted us right from the plane, and his vehicle was spotlessly clean, up-to-date, and secure. Despite my dog's limited and uncomfortable prior car experiences, the trip with Josh was remarkably pleasant and stress-free. My dog remained calm and content throughout. The team is also fantastic at communication, promptly responding to any queries. A big thank you for making this journey so smooth and effortless for both of us.

Josh transported my German Shepherd, Kaia, from London to Nottinghamshire, and the entire process was handled with professionalism and care. He was punctual, clear with timings, and kept me consistently updated — from arrival and pickup times to live updates during the journey. He even set up a live tracker, which really put my mind at ease, and checked in to let me know how Kaia was doing throughout the drive.

Once they arrived, Josh also sent me an update to confirm the handover had gone smoothly, which I really appreciated.

From the moment he arrived, Josh was incredibly calm and kind. Even though Kaia greeted him with a reactive bark, he handled it so gently and confidently that she quickly relaxed and took a liking to him — which says a lot.

You can tell he genuinely cares about the dogs he transports. I wouldn’t hesitate to use 101Pet Express again and highly recommend Josh to anyone looking for a safe, reliable, and thoughtful pet transport service

We were pretty anxious about moving our difficult cat abroad— I couldn’t be more grateful to Josh and Amanda. They were incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and friendly through the process. As our cat has some medical issues, his stress levels remaining low was of upmost importance. He arrived in our new home in far better condition than could’ve hoped for. Moving abroad is expensive and tiring, but this company was 100% worth the price and gave us the peace of mind so we could relax a bit too. I’ll be recommending 101petexpress to everyone I know moving abroad from now on! ♥

They dropped everything last minute and made time to help us pick up our cat. Very professional and brilliant setup. We haven’t used a service like this before and we were quite nervous about it, but they put us at ease straight away. Highly recommend!

I had an excellent five hour journey with my cat with Josh driving. On previous long road trips I had put my cat in a carrier and she had cried and scratched the whole time. Having her on a harness next to me in the back seat was a completely different experience, she did not miaow at all (she is not harness trained). I highly recommend this as a way to travel with a cat, and appreciate that 101 Pet Express enables you to do it. I felt in really good hands with them, they think of everything for you, and would definitely use again.

We needed, at short notice a pet carrier to collect a 9 week old pedigree pup from Kent, to the midlands,. we purchased the pup online.
101 pet express contacted me and said they could help. I spoke to Josh who was the appointed driver for the pick up and delivery the day before, He was very polite knowledgeable and experienced.

I highly recommend 101 Pet Express for your pet travel needs, they provide a 5 star service. They moved me and my dog from Paris to the UK through the Eurotunnel, after a long overnight flight. A great service from Josh meeting us straight off the plane and being transferred to his vehicle which is immaculate, modern and safe. My dog had previously only ever spent 30 minutes in a car and hated it but the whole journey with Josh was stress free and enjoyable. My dog was calm and happy. The company are great to communicate with and are very responsive to messages. Thank you again for making the journey so smooth and easy for us.

What an absolutely brilliant, kind, caring team at 101 pet express. Josh agreed to work on his day off to help us bring our rescue up to Scotland. She was anxious and timid but his compassion and genuine love of animals shone through and by the time they arrived she was clearly extremely fond of and trusting of him.
