Ladyhaye International Pet Travel Ltd Reviews

Bex has been helping me navigate the process of moving my little Harper, from the UK to Australia over the last 9 months, and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better pet travel agent. Moving your dog to the other side of the world is such a huge, emotional and overwhelming process, especially when they’re your whole world. I had been back and forth about it in my mind for so long and have been sick with worry and whether or not it was fair to my girl, but Bex made what could have been an incredibly stressful experience so much easier.

Throughout the entire journey, she has been so thorough, patient, knowledgeable and supportive. She responded to any communication so quickly and was always there to answer my questions, reassure me when I was worried, and guide me through every step of the process.

Handing over your precious little one for such a huge journey is the hardest thing I ever had to do but I was so lucky to have such trustworthy people like Bex and her team looking after her. It was so nice how they took it out of your hands and did everything once you’d done the hardest part which was saying goodbye to them on the day of travel. After 9 months of planning, I finally have my girl here with me in Australia, and I couldn’t be happier 🫶🏻❤️

Bex has been absolutely amazing from start to finish, and I will always be so grateful for everything she has done to help bring Harper safely to Australia. If you’re thinking about relocating your pet, I would recommend Ladyhaye Pet Travel and Bex without a second thought. You can tell she genuinely cares, and that means the world when it comes to your fur babies.

So thank you so much, Bex, for helping me bring my little girl safely home to me. I will forever be grateful! ❤️🐾🌏🇦🇺

I cannot thank Charley from LadyHaye enough for her assistance in relocating my dog and cat from Australia recently. It’s such a stressful time worrying about their journey but Charley made the process a lot easier. She was so helpful in letting me know how my pets were getting on through the vetting and customs process. I am very grateful to Charley and would happily use LadyHaye again.

I really appreciated Charley’s communication while my dog was due to arrive in the UK after a long flight from Australia. It made the process a lot easier and was so helpful to know how she going through the vetting and customs process.

Ladyhaye was extremely helpful with enabling our pups to navigate customs at Heathrow. When looking for an agent to work with, Ladyhaye was the most responsive and clear as it relates to steps needed, and ensuring our pups had all the proper documentation so that they did not get delayed. With their help, I was able to rest assured that our pups were well attended to.

Cerrie Louise and the team at LadyHaye were incredibly helpful during our move with two cats from Uganda back to the UK. We had some challenges with our vet in Uganda and LadyHaye went above and beyond to support during an incredibly stressful process. Highly recommend!

I’ve used the Ladyhaye service 3 x over the years and can’t recommend highly enough. First class professional service with excellent staff members.

We emigrated to Perth Australia from the UK July 2026, the process took many months from start to finish but Ladyhaye especially Bex were absolutely amazing and very helpful and responsive if I had and questions.
Our dog arrived very happy to our new home and is loving life. We could not have achieved this without the help from Bex.
We would 100% recommend Ladyhaye to anyone within to bring their pets with them. Thank you so much xx

Lady Haye were excellent in transporting our precious Hungarian Viszla from UK to Vancouver in Canada. Even when Air Canada cancelled all dog passengers Bex went above and beyond to secure an alternative flight with BA. She worked in the evenings and kept us posted on our boy's progress. I would highly recommend this company

The whole experience from start to finish was smooth and nothing was too much trouble. Bex was always quick to respond to my constant questions and confusion and nothing was too much trouble. Honestly they took the stress completely away. Couldn't ask for a better service..would totally recommend Bex and the ladyhaye team. Thank you so much for bringing Cookie to Australia x

Cerrie made the whole experience seamless! Can’t thank her enough for all her help, super responsive when emailing (and that was a lot), no question is silly and she really put our mind at ease.
Richard was so nice when picking up the cats to take them to the airport, I would highly recommend using them and will definitely use them again if we ever need to relocate overseas!!! :)

Nigel and the team were excellent. They handled our Labrador Whisky’s move from London to Delhi end to end, and did so brilliantly. They took him twice to the vet for his medical certification, managed all the paperwork, and worked hard behind the scenes with their counterparts in New Delhi — making what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and hassle-free. They even brought Whisky over to us at the airport before our departure. He came through calm and in great shape, and has settled into his new home wonderfully. I’d strongly recommend them to anyone moving a pet anywhere in the world. Thank you, Nigel.

Couldn’t thank Ladyhaye enough for all their help relocating our fur baby to Australia! I was kept updated throughout the whole process and nothing was too much trouble.
Our process took a lot longer due to our moving date changing which meant we had to repeat tests etc again. Natasha & Lisa were amazing at managing this and kept a schedule for us to follow. Ruby is loving her new life here as are we so thank you all so much xx

Ladyhaye did a great job with the UK side of bringing my dog back to the UK. They cared for the dog and were quick and efficient with all communications. They answered everything I asked swiftly and clearly. For international pet moves, I would recommend LadyHaye.

We were given confidence from the team that everything would be fine. It calmed our nerves when transporting a puppy from the U.K. to Greece. It was a stressful experience, but Ladyhaye gave us much confidence, thank you.

Bex, Bex, Bex, the wonderful Bex. I cannot recommend Ladyhaye (and Bex) enough. Quick responses to our often repetative questions, honesty, understanding and overall top quality service. Couldn't imagine using anyone else for helping us with our important life decision.

We cannot thank Lady Haye International Pet Travel enough for helping us safely relocate our English bulldog, Tazzy, from the UK to Australia.

From the very beginning, Bex and the team were incredibly supportive, responsive, and knowledgeable — especially navigating the complexities of relocating a brachycephalic breed, quarantine requirements, flight changes, and all the stress that comes with an international move.

Our journey involved transport from the UK through Sri Lanka, quarantine in Melbourne, and onward travel to Perth, and throughout the entire process we always felt Tazzy was in safe and experienced hands.

What really stood out was the communication and reassurance during what was honestly a very emotional and overwhelming time for our family. Moving internationally with a baby, dog, and our whole life in tow was huge, and having a company that genuinely cared made all the difference.

We would absolutely recommend Lady Haye to anyone considering relocating their pets internationally — particularly owners of bulldogs or other breeds requiring extra care and attention.

Thank you again for helping bring our girl home to Australia safely. 🐾

Nigel and the team were absolutely amazing in every step of the process...he always was there to answer any questions I needed answers to...can't fault the team at Ladyhaye 100% recommended!!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with LadyHaye and Carrie- Louise. Who was the kindest and hardworking person. With a few hiccups as I was traveling from the US . But at the end of the day we made it all 3 together.

Carol, Lucky and Charm

Moved my 3 year old Dalmatian from the UK to Melbourne. Throughout there was great communication and my dog arrived in Melbourne happy and healthy. Thanks to Bex who ran with this. Brilliant service highly recommend.

Extremely happy with Bex and her efforts to get our cats to us through difficult times. Bex proved to be efficient and nothing was too hard for her when faced with challenges due to issues out of her control. Would definitely recommend her and we would certainly use her again if the need arises!
