We moved our pet dog, 5 yr old cocker spaniel from London to San Francisco with Lady Haye. As one can imagine this is quite a stressful experience given the long distance travel for the pet however Nigel from Lady Haye was very empathetic and put our minds at ease by explaining the process clearly and assuring safety for our pet.

Nigel and the wider team at Lady Haye were also very responsive to our various queries and helped guide us through the various hoops to jump through and their partner company in the US, Island Pets were also first class and extremely professional and managed to get the process done end to end without any dramas.

Will highly recommend LadyHaye and IslandPets for any of your pet transport needs!

What a fantastic company! My dog came out of quarantine today and I couldn’t have asked for more support from Lady Haye. Full support and clear timelines around vax schedule provided (which are very tricky to understand) and any question was answered (and I asked a lot of them!)

Even an after hours call from the vets office questioning medication was answered as “there is always someone on call” made sure that the challenging paperwork from UK to Aus was all completed promptly and accurately without stress. Thank you Bex and team, you are amazing!

First and foremost my dog arrived in Australia safely without any hiccups. The team at Ladyhaye managed to keep us humans sane during a worrying and stressful period whilst moving back to the other side of the world. The whole team including the driver that picked up our girl handled her thoughtfully and with great care. There was good communication throughout the shipping process and we received updates along the way. This was our 3rd experience using Ladyhaye for transportation and I would definitely recommend them. Special thanks to Lisa.

Bex had a big job as I had 3 little doggo's to take to NZ. I changed my mind about 4 times and couldn't make my mind up between Australia or NZ, so poor Bex had to deal with my constant changes of plan. Bex was patient and made sure we did the whole process properly and sent a check list that we stuck to for vet appointments and also ensured that the final vet checks were done properly and the paper work sent over before we left the vet, which proved to be so so important as the travel vet made a couple of errors! Thanks to Bex, we were able to deal with the vet errors on the day, rather than going backwards and forwards. We had great communication and she was only a phone call away and answered emails so quickly. One of my dogs had an injury 4 weeks before travelling which made the whole thing a million times more stressful, but Bex ensured we sent her meds and clearly signed her crate that she was to be handled gently, and my dog was treated really well. On the day of travel a lovely driver picked my pets up and took them to Heathrow for vet checks and I was allowed to say good bye. I would recommend.

I can highly recommend this company. We used them to move 2 cats and a dog from the UK to Australia. It was a long and complex process and they supported me at every step.

They were highly professional, very knowledgeable but most importantly proactive and quick to solve any issues. I dealt with the same person, Lisa who was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. She was there to answers all my questions and queries not matter how trivial they seemed.

We had the most seamless experience using Ladyhaye to transport our Cattle Dog from the UK back to Australia this year. Bex was phenomenal, from the initial first contact, right through to arrival in Brisbane. Every question I had (and there were many along the way!!) Bex answered them so quickly and really helped to break everything down for me to wrap my head around. Nothing was too much trouble, and Alfie arrived in Brisbane without a single hiccup along the way. Thank you for everything Bex, we cannot thank you enough, you are amazing at what you do!!

We were so very impressed with Ladyhaye. They were always available and coordinated really well with both HARC and the US agents. Made sure everything was in place before the date of travel. Communication one our dog arrived was fantastic with frequent updates and quick responses to our questions. Could not have asked more from Lisa and Natasha. Would highly highly recommend.

A very transparent and helpful team and service. We had Bex from the start and she was very quick to respond and friendly from the very start. Nothing was too much trouble, friendly, calm and processional. Also a lovely person who obviously cares about all those she assists. Would completely recommend and use again if we had to. Thank you.

Bex from Ladyhaye supported in relocating our dog from London to Melbourne. Bex made an incredibly complex process simple and stress free, supporting every step of the way to ensure our dog had a positive experience. Lady Haye was brilliant was start to finish. We were worried about how the travel would be for our Chihuahua (from London to Sydney), but Bex was great at keeping us sane and reassured us along the way.

Bex at Ladyhay was wonderful, we faced so many challenges when moving with our GSD to Australia and couldn’t have done it without her support. Knowledgeable, Always helpful, friendly and calm, easy to get hold of on the phone, super fast to reply to emails and action things and even staying after hours in touch with us when there were issues with paperwork at a vet appointment.
