When choosing the product I was inspired by the free delivery in Australia- so assumed it was an Australian company. Once I made the purchase however the amount was converted to $US so I immediately contacted for cancellation and refund- as per their cancellation policy … however all I’ve received so far is emails telling me it’s on its way-I keep emailing but no direct response. I’m annoyed & thinking it’s a scam.
Will update with the outcome.

Love the new clippers for the doggos. Ive even had to do an emergency clip on my goat 🤣

we have had the 7l waterer for about 2 weeks and the fountain part is already starting to quit, then we also got a year supply of filters for it and the filters don't even fit it. This company was suppose to be one of the top and I would dissagree. Don't order from this company because they don't even offer to order filters for it so once the filter is done your fountian is no good or not doing what its suppose to do. NOT happy at all!

The product took a while to arrive but it is worth the wait. I’ve even managed to file my old dogs nails with it which I’ve never done before.
The unit is small and light and very quiet.
I love it.

I was trying to source a coat that would not unfasten and fall off when my dog goes tearing through undergrowth. This is a secure coat. It is not fully waterproof, but the inner did not wet out in heavy rain. Seems well made.

I thought the shipping time of 6 - 20 days was reasonable, since the product I ordered ships from China. But it actually took a month and a half and the tracking stopped updating 2 weeks before my order finally arrived. When I reached out because it seemed like my order might be lost, Elite Tails said the shipping company was overwhelmed and gave me a little refund, which was nice, but they either need to update their shipping times on their site or work with a different shipping company.

A truly wonderful experience. I made a mistake, ordering small instead of medium. Elite Tails were absolutely outstanding. They held the order, changed it, did everything to ensure I received the correct size. Communication was fantastic. Highly recommend this company.
