The SpinForge paddle I received was fantastic for the money. It was so good that I bought another one as a backup. For some reason , I did not get my initial discount on that purchase. I notified the company and they immediately told me I would get it credited back. Just a fantastic company to do business with and I've done business with many companies. I'm retired now. I would highly recommend this company! As a reference, I have been playing pickleball for about 4 years. Kind regards,Pete

The product I purchased was the mosquito zapper, it is rubbish , it doesn’t work un- less on charge it is also cheaply made and looks and feels like a plastic toy. They give an 30 day return but do not reply to you so you 30 days run out to return.
Do not buy from this company.

Price of the Pickleball paddle was disguised between US and Australian dollars. The shipment has not moved from its origin in China in 6 days. This is not a real company, BEWARE

Terrible company! There’s no way to cancel or change an order once submitted. Returns are sent to China and you are responsible for paying the overseas shipping cost. This company offered me $25 dollars to keep a racket that I didn’t want which I paid $85. It took two weeks to ship racket and they wouldn’t allow me to cancel my order 5 minutes after placing it. They said my order was being processed. A total rip off. Don’t patronize this unscrupulous company!! By USA!

The purchase price was more than indicated. I failed to check the price at checkout. I also was supposed to receive a first-time order discount of I think 15%. After I place the order I realized what I had done and attempted to cancel the order right away. I emailed them and of course they said it was too late even though it was the same day. I did reach out to customer service and was issued the 15% discount. It took quite a while to receive my merchandise.

Beautiful pickleball paddle! The quality, design, and performance are excellent. I played with it yesterday and was extremely impressed. The company was also very attentive and kept me informed throughout the process. It was definitely worth the wait. I’m very happy with my purchase. Highly recommended!

Starting with false advertising. Their website claimed that they are the authorised reseller and won't be available anywhere else like eBay or Amazon, but quick search and you can find exactly the same product at Big W and even Temu at much lower price. Their website also promotes 4.8 star Trust Pilot rating when it is cleary only 2.9 before I wrote this review. Product is also not as advertised. Photos indicated that there is a mosquito collection tray at the bottom and comes with a cleaning brush. Mine came with neither. I ordered 2x plug in version but received what seems like rechargeable version as it doesn't come with built in plugs like shown in the photos. Product handbook also incorrectly tells you how to turn on the night light. Overall very bad experience. Their return policy is also terrible where buyer has to pay for everything and refund is subject to product being inspected by them and in the end, you will get at most half your money back. Avoid at all cost unless you have money to throw away.

I'm a 72 year old pensioner and they've ripped me of for $100 AUD through their dodgy ordering system.

You can not cancel an order as it is an automatic system and they do not respond to emails in time for the shipment to be stopped.

Their email responses are then very matronising/patronising offering insincere apologies.

Worst and only unethical internet shopping experience 02/10/2026 to 15/10/2026.

Avoid Valdomi at all costs.

Valdomi's website touts it is "Loved by 10,500 + Customers" yet there is no way of posting a reveiw on its site. Additionally, my order number was/is in the low 1,600s, which is about 8,900 orders below the touted 10,500+ who love Valdomi.

Valdomi has an automated ordering system where its suppliers immediately automatically assign a tracking number to an order.

The following is my experience with Valdomi
At 1.32 PM on October 2nd 2026 I received notification from Valdomi that my order(16xx) and payment had been received. At the bottom of this email was the following "If you have any questions, reply to this email or contact us at (email address)"

At 1.41 PM on October 2nd 2026 I responded to Valdomi's email notification requesting order #16xx be cancelled.

At 11.51 PM on October 5th 2026 I received notification from Valdomi that order #16xx had been shipped.

Valdomi's carrier tracking information shows it received order #16xx at 10.47 AM on 7th October 2026.

At 4.16 PM on 6th October 2026 Valdomi finally responded to my October 2nd request for order #16xx be cancelled. Valvomi's email said: "... our fulfillment process uses an automated sync and processing system, shipping arrangements are already complete, which normally prevents us from canceling an order once it has progressed."

Valdomi's carrier had not collected my order #16xx by the time the above email was written.

Valdomi had five (5) days in which to cancel my order as requested before it was picked up by its carrier.
