Arrived quickly and the brackets worked perfectly mounting to back of golf cart utility box to make transporting trash can to road easier!

Damaged due to inadequate packaging
The product shipped fast but was damaged due to inadequate packaging. Two brackets punctured the bag they were shipped in. The brackets cut through and stuck out of the side of the box. These brackets pushed against the top and dented it creating a bare metal spot. Damage does not appear to be as bad as other reviewers stated. For the money there should be NO DAMAGE!!!!!!

Good quality
The items arrived quickly and are good quality that I can see. Haven’t had to use them yet but winter is coming.
If you have EO bezels take your time and try to cut them out using a dremmel with a cutting blade. You are not out anything to try it and not have to buy the aftermarket bezel.
One thing with this product that would be better is for the company to send a template with the hooks so a person could cut the hole themselves if they wanted to.
Overall it was a good purchase and the extra hardware came in use as a couple of my factory bolts were missing!

The product I ordered that was for my vehicle did not fit. I have made numerous attempts to get a return label and basically I am not getting any satisfaction with a return.
This company must be desperate for sales if they can’t take a return, I would not recommend buying from them if there is a chance the product won’t fit your vehicle.

Follow-up
As a follow-up I did receive an email response last night. Elitewill will be sending me the two bolts that I need to finishing installing the tow hooks that I ordered. It has been more of a process than I would have desired. At least I should be getting them in 3-5 days. I hope this works.
