ELITEWILL INC. Reviews

Been trying for days to contact Elitewill. They will not answer the phone, return voice messages, answer emails or chats. My tow hooks came in missing the bolts/hardware and I cannot install them until I get the rest of the equipment. I am now asking for a return / refund but again they will not response.

Order damaged due to poor packaging. Left 2 voice messages and 2 emails, no response.
I see response to review 1 hour after posting. No emails found anywhere. No message on the voice mail about what company you actually call. Elitewill, look up order 2017 and call please.

Prompt delivery and durable product. Excellent fit. Good job elitewill!

I had difficulty finding parts specifically for my 2019 RAM 1500 classic, so I was prepared to receive the wrong item. NOPE! Parts were as described, and even though install instructions were for the 1500 new body, the parts were correct and bolted on in about 30 minutes, probably a lot less if you're young and spry. (I am old and arthritic) Thanks!

Shipping was super fast got my parts in 2days and fit perfectly

Packaging was trashed when I got it but the tow hooks didn't have a mark on them
Install was quick and even had extra hardware included and was fairly simple and they feel sturdy and fit perfectly on my 13 ram

purchased some front tow hooks for my 4x4 , Elitewill had some that worked great and a great price. I would highly recommend them if you have a ram classic. They fit like a glove and look factory, could not ask for any more.

I am so pleased with this company. I ordered my item on a Friday evening, and, having worked in shipping, I knew UPS wouldn't pick up the order until Monday - here it is Wednesday early afternoon, and I have my items !! Having had a not so pleasant experience with another company, I am so appreciative of EliteWill and the service I received.

Shipped out right away. Received sooner than expected.

Crossmember was garbage. Figment was poor and with the tank sitting at the factory crossmember height, this new one was about 1.5” higher. So no way to get the tank straps on. Ended up building gm my own in about 1.5 hours out of angle iron.

Dogs love the new chews. We have extreme chewers

AMAZON PICKED UP ITEM, STILL WAITING ON CREDIT

The tow hooks were a perfect fit for my 2018 Ram 1500 Laramie. They even came with an alternate mounting bracket which mine required.

Elleclent product and fast shipping what more could u ask for

I recently ordered a set of crossbars for my Hyundai Santa Fe. They arrived in a timely manner and were easy enough to install. Once I installed them, however, I found that as soon as I drove more than 35mph, they made such a noise that I had to pull over and take them off. When I reached out to Elitewill about how to return them, I got no response and was unable to reach anyone using the 800 number. I do not recommend buying from this site.

You sent me a cross bat that don’t fit on my car😔 I already emailed you guys and left a message that I want to return this item but so far I have not heard any response back.

Fast delivery time. Accurate and quality product

Excellent customer service. A part of my roof rack cross bars kit jammed and could not be repaired. Elitewill immediately sent a replacement to me.

Website is very informative as to exactly what the product looks like, what vehicle it fits and where it belongs on the vehicle. Shipping was fast; ordered on Saturday and was delivered on Tuesday.

I ordered the cross bars for my car based off of your confirming that these specific cross bars will fit my 2021 Hyundai Tucson.
They do.not fit as they are for older versions of my car. You have sold me a unit which is wrong and does not fit my car.
