I wrote a bad review on this company but I regret it; I didn't check my email for several days because I was out of town so, I didn't realize that they tried to contact me to give me information about the eye glasses that I ordered so, I gave them a bad review; the customer service representative called me and informed me of when I would be getting my eye glasses and asked me if I needed anything else so, I apologized to the customer service rep. because I made the mistake of not checking my email. My glasses were in the mail the next day. Great job!

So far, ELKLOOK is the best company to shop with for eyewear. Their diverse selection opens your eyes to endless interchangeable styles, color variations, and detailed design options to customize your lenses. The ability to choose blue light blocking, anti-glare, and photochromic features at such an affordable price is something I have yet to find anywhere else in the world of stylish eyewear. Even further, customer service is 10/10. Timely responses and urgency to fulfill customer experiences. My glasses are perfect for my day to day functions, always being complimented, and so comfortable that I can keep them on for long periods of time and forget that I’m wearing them.

There was an issue with shipping. They heard me, found my order, and got it to me ASAP. Then, they told me they would not be using g that carrier to ship my new order, to insure I will not be left wondering where my order is, again.
I ordered an additional magnetic prescription set because my first set is FIRE!! Seriously, I'm in love! I cannot wait until this new set arrives!

LOVE my frames, however…. It took two months to receive them and I cannot see out of them. They are prescription with progressive bifocals and I am going to have to take my frames to my eye doctor to put new lenses.

This has been a nightmare. I ordered glasses a month ago and still haven’t received them. I even paid for the insurance that covers you in cases like this and they have only offered a “10% refund.” My glasses are supposedly somewhere in NJ. The insurance clearly states that it will refund even due to late delivery. When I ordered my glasses it said two weeks, not one month. Tariffs or not, customer service isn’t great.

DO NOT ORDER!!! I ORDERED THESE GLASSES AND THEY WERE NEVER DELIVERED AND THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU A REFUND!!!! THE OHINE NUMBERS ON THE WEBSITE DO. OT WORK...THIS IS NOT A REAL COMPANY

I truly wasn’t expecting the amazing experience I received. From the very beginning, the customer service was absolutely exceptional. They guided me through the entire process with patience and kindness, even when I was indecisive and probably a little hard to work with. Every question I had was answered clearly, thoroughly, and always in a friendly way that put me completely at ease.
I can honestly say I’ve never had a better experience with an online retailer. The glasses arrived right on time and in perfect condition. On top of that, they went above and beyond by including thoughtful extras, a soft-closing magnetic eyeglass case, a beautiful floral case, and a large, high-quality cleaning cloth. Those little details made the experience feel truly special.
I absolutely recommend this company and will continue to do so without hesitation. Five stars doesn’t feel like enough.

I love the pair of Tinff Blue Light Blocking Cat Eye Glasses for women I purchased recently. They're lightweight yet sturdy and very chic - get compliments on them all the time. I put prescription lenses in as most frames offered by opticians aren't that attractive and are hundreds of dollars more than these!

I bought a pair of really scarce frames that I had been looking for for months, and they were a real bargain. The prescription I sent in was poorly typed by the MD and Elklook misread it and sent me a pair with lenses that didn't work. When I pointed this out they realized the error and sent me a correct pair absolutely free. They were completetly friendly and nice about it and did it fast. Best customer service ever
