Fantastic range of clothes for the curvier lady, great quality and amazing customer service when they went over and above to help me return some items!!

Love everything so far quality is amazing fast delivery too!

Order 2 jumpsuits. Delivery was good. Unfortunately both jumpsuits not what I ordered. 1st jumpsuit correct colour but not the style I ordered. 2nd jumpsuit correct colour but was a top which is not on there website. Sent a few emails and had correspondence sent photo's. They said they could replace the 1st jumpsuit. But didn't hear anything about 2nd. To much trouble as had to wait for email replys. So gave up and cut my loss. Didn't wish to pay for 2 deliveries and not get refunded. Would I order again most probably not.

Fantastic company. Lovely clothing, reasonably priced, quick to send goods. It’s been a very good experience.

Orderd a bag, absolutely amazing can’t wait for the pastel to come back to order that too! Lovely girls and amazing quality ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

The service was quick and efficient. I used clock and collect and it was ready for me to collect the next day even though it said up to three days.
The clothing was excellent quality so really pleased.
The only thing I would say is the curve sizing can be a little smaller than stated so try to make sure that it is sized more accurately as some curvey ladies like clothes to be a looser fit rather than a snug fit.
My outfit was perfect for me.
Well done Ellatino for the lovely clothes and accessories you stock. Loving the bright colours by the way.

First time buying from Ellatino and absolutely love the clothes ranges! Unfortunately for me the sizing was just too small so I am gutted but I have to say, I returned all of my items and got a refund and the process was effortless! Thank you so much….please let me know if your range ever goes slightly bigger or if I lose a few pounds I’ll be back for sure.

Ordered a bag from this company and it’s such great quality and a great price too. They have such beautiful items. Highly recommend!

I ordered some purses and the quality is ok
Received it quick in Europe
Not sure if I will order again

This is my fave clothing boutique/website and have been shopping with them for a few years now, gorgeous products and great customer service whenever I have needed it 💕

I ordered 3 bags. Everyone has a fault on the lock. Very poor quality.
However I contacted customer service a few times no reply. I sent the bags back it showed delivered no reply.
BAD customer service and all 3 bags ordered faulty. This is not good enough!
The 1 star was for the clothes I recieved they were OK.
DO not buy and bags. Very poor quality and BAD customer service!!!

Lovely bag, really good quality. Very happy with my purchase thank you Ellatino

Love Ellatino London. Great selection of clothing. Have purchased many holiday outfits and they have had a lot of compliments 🩷

Everything was delivered quickly and I am in the United States. My only complaint was a couple things that didn’t look good on me, but probably would look good on everybody else. The slippers are to die for.

Perfect service. Reliable,Helpful, friendly. No complaints ever xx

Absolutely the best place to shop. Have been online shopping with Ellatino now for last 2 years, also my 16 year old daughter loves all the clothing ranges., Clothing arrives so fast and very easy returns if not suitable. Happy customer 10/10 ❤️
