ELLATINOLONDON.COM Reviews

Ordered a set for my holiday I had an email stating- dispatched with tracking number. Two weeks later royal mail still never had parcel. After contacting PayPal and Ellatino I waited 3 days for a response to then be told item was sold out . Got my full refund which is good of them. Maybe there needs to be some form of process in place where if something isn't in stock. Contact the buyer - or send refund as soon as you know. Not over 2 weeks later after the buyer contacts you. Lovely outfits on their website though 😍

I was very pleased with my order. The quality and fit was very good.

First time ordering clothes, as ordered bags before. Absolutely love my 3 piece, flared leggings, top and over top. Good material, comfortable and delivery quick. Not too flared for me either as I was pleasantly surprised that they suited me as only use to straight leg or tight fitted leggings. Very happy with product.

Love ellatino’ great quality’ great fit ❤️

I love the quality of the clothing as it’s always nice and thick material and even after one wash it still looks exactly the same from when you brought it. No bobbling over the item which is a big bonus for me and it’s a pet hate of mine. I would say your clothing is worth the money and keep up what your doing and it’s great.

The clothes are so comfy and good quality for money and the staff are very helpful and friendly

Such beautiful designs and really quick delivery, even over Christmas!
Definitely support this business 🩷

Said delivered but did not receive it I was very disappointed with how they handled the issue still have not received my parcel

I loved the items. The shipping was quick.

Lovely clothes and lovely quality but customer service is not great to be honest. I had a problem with my order and emailed 5 days ago with still no response, I even wrote a note on my returns slip to say I had emailed with my email address so this could have been checked on the system by someone and responded to at least. This has been received as I had a email to say my top had been refunded but still no customer service response to my email.
I’m usually a size 10 / medium top but this was too small so had to be sent back for next size up. A little bit frustrating that you can’t return clothes that are too small without having to pay for returns delivery and then have to order the next size up and again pay for delivery rather than just an exchange. That’s almost £15 on delivery fees alone

Fantastic quality fashion at amazingly affordable prices thank you,

Lovely experience, so easy and girls in the shop so helpful.

Love my lounge suit. Great speedy service too!

Ellatino is my favorite store. I have bought many products from them. I like it because it always has a new collection. And the quality of the products is wonderful. I have met people who ask me where I bought
the product, and I am happy to tell them that it is from Ellatino. Also, the store looks very cute, and the staff is wonderful. So, I recommend Ellatino.🤗😊
