Great service and exceptional quality. Lovely my new olive mix cushions, they make my bland sofa look and feel so much more luxurious.

Cushion covers are very pretty, but the inserts have an extremely strong animal smell that does not go away. Not what you expect when you spend ~300£ at all, very disappointing

Hi Donna,
Thank you for reaching out. We can see that your email was sent on Saturday morning. Please note that our customer service team operates Monday to Friday and will always aim to respond within 24 hours during those business days.
As orders are processed immediately through our warehouse team, we’re unfortunately unable to accept cancellations once an order has been placed.
We appreciate your understanding.
Many thanks.
LIE TO CUSTOMERS - POLYESTER CHEAP COVERS
The quality is really cheap, and they lie in their descriptions. None of the materials are actually 100% cotton, I took them to an actual accredited store who could check the fabric and confirmed it was polyester. STOP lying to your customers and get trained in customer services pls

Hi Ivy I.
We take all feedback seriously, though we are concerned to read your comments, after checking our records, we have no order or correspondence under your name. We would therefore urge you to contact us directly at customerservice@ellenvaleinteriors.com so we can investigate this matter fully.
Ellenvale Interiors is an accredited business with many years of experience and product knowledge in the home interiors industry. All of our items undergo extensive quality and material testing, ensuring they meet the high standards our customers expect, a process that many others in the industry unfortunately do not follow.
We stand by the accuracy of our product descriptions and the quality of our fabrics. If you do have genuine concerns or evidence relating to a specific order, please reach out so we can review it properly.
Kind regards,
The Ellenvale Interiors Team

Happy customer!
The choice of products is what first attracted me to this brand. There’s nothing like them on the high street or you need to pay an absolute fortune from Etsy. The three different styles of cushion covers Ive chose fit elegantly into my bedroom and when the products arrived the quality was far better than I expected. The sizes are accurate and fitted my 6 cushions perfectly. Will definitely buy from you again as they are great value for money considering they were exactly what I was looking for at an affordable price. Arrived promptly and packaged well. Very happy customer.

Love love love!
LOVE my cushions from Ellenvale. I have five now - three cover-only and two with a cushion pad - and the quality is excellent. Love that you can easily just buy a cover so the cushion pads I already have can be reused. I love the designs and I especially love the suggested pairings on the site. My sofa looks so sofisticated now! 😁 Also dispatch and delivery were super quick!

Expensive returns delivery (you pay both ways which is a bit of a shame). Can’t return sale items, also a bit of a shame as it’s not easy to tell online if you’ll like something so I’m about £30 down in non return items. I knew I couldn’t return beforehand and risked it - shouldn’t have. Linen covers don’t have zips which I wasn’t aware of and am not a fan of (customer services did explain once I raised it but would be good for it to be explained on listing. Not yet received refund but returned on Saturday so a bit slow on that front too. Bit disappointed all round - found that all items looked better online than in real life. Quick delivery though and good communication as positives.

Hi Emily.
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, we really appreciate you sharing your experience.
As a small business, we do our best to keep our prices competitive while maintaining the quality and service our customers expect. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to cover return postage costs, especially for larger parcels, as this would significantly impact our ability to offer fair pricing across our range. However, we do provide a dedicated returns portal to help simplify the process and absorb part of the cost on behalf of our customers.
Refunds are processed promptly once items reach our warehouse, but there can sometimes be a short delay depending on courier delivery times. Please rest assured this is being handled as quickly as possible and always within 48 hours of landing in our warehouse.
We’re pleased to hear you were happy with the delivery speed and communication, and we truly appreciate your support of our small business.
