I recently went through the online DEA training course.
It was a really efficient process, the assessor Caroline was very quick to the mark the assessments and give feedback.

The knowledge of the material being covered was great. Jason's answer to the questions cleared up any confusion.

I have just completed my five day training as DEA. I am completely new to this training, and at first the portfolio work felt most overwhelming. But with the help of my assessor, AJAY, the whole process became so much easier. His patience, clear explanations and supportive approach made such a huge difference. Avoid any assesors connected with this company. They defend assesors that are not doing their job correctly. One told me to get another assessment which I did so that two assessments i paid for. Then they allowed him to change his rating because I complained. You shouldn't have to fight to get the correct rating. Im going to contact the government about this because it is wrong on many levels.

Just completed this course and exam and highly recommend, the whole process from payment to completion was on point. Prior to signing up I spoke to an advisor about the course and their help and advice was flawless.

The DEA training with Elmhurst was very useful. They gave me everything I needed to complete the course. Thfoughout the case studies (completing energy reports on properties) my assesor Caroline gave me excellent feedback which helped me with any details I may have missed.

The course was really good and straightforward, and I found the whole process easy to follow. Ajay, my assessor, was absolutely amazing — he helped me a lot throughout and always made things clear. His support made a big difference to my confidence and understanding.

I went to Elmhurst back in 2018 to do a in person course to become a On Construction Energy Assessor and over the 2 days they were amazing. I am still with them today and carrying out training throughout the years to keep on top of new regulations. The team are great and provide excellent courses. I highly recommend them.

Very Clear and rigorous Course in explaining each element of the software on how to use the software, as well as allowing workshop time to understand SAP ourselves.

The EPC carried out must have been done in the dark, blindfolded and from the office as the rating given was made up of assumed ratings, the house was full of damp and mold and the floor collapsed and the roof leaked. The heating had to be on 24/7 or the windows would freeze on the inside, snow melted quickly off the assumed insulated roof. If you have an EPC with this lot I would suggest you take it with a pinch of salt. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING service

Fantastic service!!! EVERYONE in the non domestic team are efficient, professional, and very helpful with their depth of knowledge.
When you are in the middle of an assessment or on site, you get through quickly and receive the answers you require.

When calling in for advice the staff are fantastic with excellent knowledge and excellent communication skills.

I looked at many accreditation schemes prior to registering with Elmhurst as an energy assessor, from the very first interaction I knew these were the most people centred organisation that really wanted to bring the best outcomes across the board. I have grown as an assessor over the years which is solely down to the support from Elmhurst.

I’ve been using Elmhurst for my EPC service and I’m very happy with the overall experience. The software is straightforward, reliable, and works exactly as expected. Creating EPC certificates is quick and efficient, which really helps streamline my workflow.

The system is user-friendly and doesn’t feel complicated, even when handling multiple reports. Everything runs smoothly, and I haven’t experienced any major issues. It’s clear that the platform is designed with assessors in mind.

Overall, it’s a great tool for anyone working in EPC services. I would definitely recommend Elmhurst to others looking for dependable and efficient software.
