It would have been 5 stars, as the evaluator arrived on time and did his job prudently, but the accounting office decided to double charge me, and not saying anything until I found out from my credit card statement. It’s been a few days since they said they have credited the 2nd charge, but I still haven’t seen it

Poor Service
1: When you call the company , you will be on hold for more than 20 minutes, if you request a callback by pressing 9. It does not work.
2: The Webpage is confusing , Cannot find out as to whether, works have been completed or not.
3: Receptionist told me that an electrician would call me back...Still waiting after one month.
Company need customer service improvement.

I needed an EPC urgently for a house…
I needed an EPC urgently for a house sale and the company was able to instruct someone to inspect the property and provide their certificate within 24 hours which was quicker than the enhanced timeframe I had paid an additional £15 for. Excellent value for money and very professional service.
