I tried to contact this company recently and noticed they’re permanently closed. Does anyone know how to retain a certificate for a qualification I achieved?

I paid for my IQA qualification. minimal support even when I asked for the support. You get videos and assignments to do and that is it. I managed to finish unit 1, asked what was needed for unit 2 and told that I would get my certificate for unit 1 and then I was closed out of the account. This was over four months ago and still waiting for my certificate. Avoid this company at all costs.

Completed my DET level 5 paid for the course myself, worked through the course through the death of my son and my father. I completed it they replied saying they sent the information to pearson on the 5th Feb it would take 8 weeks. Still nothing two years wasted all that money.

I loved the course, but I'm awaiting my certificate, I worked hard for three months, and completed the course, im waiting for my certificate, and the number, emails keep bouncing back, nothing, you have vanished, what happened, I need my certificate for work, I can not repeat the course and pay again...

I payed money had lessons for few weeks and the web page get permanently closed. And the phone number is wrong. Can’t send an email

To help others who have recenltly posted here,

I had been a learner with ELN, and have recently been able to find out that on the 15th of March 2024 the company informed qualification awarding body, Pearson, that they were going into liquidation and closing.

Very disappointed that the learners were not given prior warning of this.

Best of luck to everyone chasing certification or now have to source a new course provider.

Website has disappeared. Emails bouncing back. I ve almost completed 2 courses for my job role.

For last few weeks, the company website and course page is not accessible. Emails bouncing back. Any idea what's going on? I will wait for few more days to report it.

nearly finishing my level 3 pltts course and cant get hold of anyone , no emails or numbers work iv worked so hard on this.....

I looked on companies house and says company still open but this doesn’t look good. What is annoying that I paid the money and my work is gone with 2 question left.

What happened with your services, I was enjoying the course and you disappeared totally? Anyone has the same problem?

I am almost finished my Level 4 IQA and the website has just vanished!

2 colleagues and me signed up to PTTLs course in November 2023. Since late February 2024 the site has been sown, we've not been able to login to their server and no-one answer to phones and emails.
it was good while we had access to it but now we feel robbed and deceived.

Does anyone know what has happened to the company? Their website is not working and a google search says permantly closed.

I have booked my IQA leads Level 4 course with ELN in November and paid full fees in advance since then I’m working on course almost all assignments done and last week all of sudden web site disappeared and student portal disappeared. I’m trying to call tutor Sana Farooq and Stanly D’Souza their phone is not working. I also emailed them no body replying. I don’t know what happened hope everything is going well with them.

I just had to uploaded last recordings, all course L3 (PTLLS) done and they disappeared with out warning us to get unless our certificate. Spend so much time to complete and now no certificate, no money back! Farheen Zahid the teacher should take responsibility and send us a certificates to the students who nearly finished they course. We need to put petition to the education department who they body to resolve the problem!

Where has the site gone???
I’m half way through a L3 CAVA course (NOCN), and haven’t been able to access the site for days now.
Has ELN stopped trading??
