My experience of Lyreco has been nothing but positive. 99.5% of my deliveries arrive as they should, and for the odd glitch (few and far between) we have experienced over the years, the Customer Service Department have been more than happy to help rectify the situation at the earliest opportunity. The customer service team are excellent! Liam Allworth and Sarah Coulson are fantastic, me and Liam have a great weekly catchup on the latest deals. I love the ease of ordering and the favourites list makes ordering a swift transaction. All SDS sheets are automatically sent when chemicals are purchased, a lovely touch for buisnesses.
