We've been very happy with Lyreco's products, which are always of excellent quality and great value for our business.

Recently, we've experienced a few delivery issues due to a change of driver, including some delays and missing items. However, I would like to give special recognition to Jack Upton-Penketh for his outstanding customer service. He has always been incredibly helpful, professional, and approachable. He even took the time to visit us in person to make sure everything was being resolved, explain the situation, and ensure we were satisfied.

Although the recent delivery issues were frustrating, Jack's dedication and commitment to customer satisfaction have made a real difference. I use this company for ordering all our stationery supplies at work and their prices are very competitive and orders are received very quickly.

Unfortunately, our first order with your company has not met our expectations.

The delivery was not made within the agreed schedule and we are still waiting for it. This can caused disruption to our operations. As this was our first experience with their service, it has created a negative first impression and has affected our confidence in the reliability of your deliveries.
