I ordered gold hoop earrings for a friends birthday, how embarrassing when she pointed out to me that there are no catches on them to hold them in place ! And they were advertising them as gold - which they are NOT ,they are only gold coloured metal ! I have been ripped off

Ordered earrings....they came from abroad as I was able to track delivery ...they took 2 weeks to arrive. ...straight in the bin.... absolutely awful....plastic gems and looked as though the hook would break off very easily.... advertises as though UK company but definitely not...don't buy

FAKE avoid at all costs. Cheap rubbish from China. Will not give money back and say item must be returned to China after 2 weeks of emails to no avail

I have order twice and it came quicker the delivery’s in the UK. Excellent jewellry and Im totally pleased with the Company and the goods I have received. I have just order again today and when I had a small query they answered within one day..

Somehow I ordered 1 ring and it updated to 2 at checkout so I’ve been charged twice the amount and can’t get in touch with them

Ordered a ring When it arrived it was absolutely nothing like the one they advertised . They make out they are a uk company. But all the items come directly from china. Impossible to send back or get a refund . SCAM . I’ve sent 12 emails getting Nowhere.

Goods are very poor quality, not at all as online images appear. When I requested a refund, I was offered 10%. Items are sent from China and would need to be returned there! Atrocious.

Earrings arrived today, tried them the front fell off one the back off the other. Cheap tat. My own fault you get what you pay for now in the bin.

Bought 3 rings from this company, never expecting them to leave black rings around my finger. Would hate to think other people may pay the full price for poor quality, I'm pleased I bought in sale, wouldn't recommend.

Sadly can't give zero. Terrible rubbish rings, not worth it. Left black rings on skin after one night out

They'll probably say that I'm not a customer but hey ho. Delivery was slow. Jewellery is of poor quality. Gems are plastic and metal not silver. Ring size does not correspond with size ordered. All in all very poor product. I advise that you DO NOT BUY

terrible terrible slow delivery over 1.5 months when it arrived it was cheap rubbish worth about £2 i paid £20 !!!

Purchased some Earrings from UK based company. Only to find they are based in Canada and the product came from China .Very POOR quailty and also damaged .I asked for a returns label, as they mention 30 day hassle free warranty. My first two emails were ignored. Then offered 30% refund with no returns label .They finally sent me a returns address in Chinia at my own expense. Absolutely SHAMBOLIC .My bank are now dealing with it .

I cannot agree more with earlier 1 stars; I wish I'd checked here earlier. I bought 3 pairs of earrings and a ring from a company (different name but same offering). The earrings are poor quality, certainly not the £60 they 'should have cost before our closing down sale' Sob. The ring is ok looking but I don't believe there is any sterling silver near these mass produced cracker gifts therefore I will be binning too as I wouldn't like to inflict on the charity shop buyers. The photos on the site may be of hand crafted products, but the products I received bear only a mere resemblance. Rubbish - don't waste time or money. BTW, mine arrived via Belgium
Also, the company I bought from was Oliviasophia, apparently a mother/daughter artisan jewellery outfit. Closing down sale. Utter crap from China

SCAM SCAM SCAM - same jewellery sold by a company under a different name months ago - they were also closing down or reducing stock. Same price reductions and poor quality. Even one of the contact email address on their website is bogus. PLEASE AVOID

Wish I had read the reviews for this company before ordering. What was shown for sale and what I received bore no resemblance to each other. A complete scam.
