If I could, I would give 0 stars. They are a scam of a company. They have no clue about Europeans seeking settlement status in the UK, yet they charged me for giving absolutely zero useful information. On the day I had the chat with their paralegal, she didn’t even know about the recent rule changes and I informed her about the change. Avoid this company at all costs.

I retained Giambrone to assist with getting Italian citizenship. They took the burden off me and got the job done.

Absolutely shocking. In my experience, dealing with Giambrone & Partners on a long-running personal injury matter of 14 years !!!! Yes , 14 years! was deeply frustrating and financially damaging to me I was frequently asked to pay fees and was dubious of this. Despite an initial signed No Win No Fee agreement, fee terms were varied, and I was never provided with written receipts or warnings regarding the substantial financial risks of adverse court costs prior to me rejecting and being encouraged by the firm to reject a settlement offer.

When the case did not win after many many years (14 years!) , I was left facing an €11,000 plus court cost (which I was never once advised could be a possibility )of in writing , as I was told many times liability was admitted in writing. My formal internal complaint was rejected by the firm, relying on claims of unrecorded “verbal” discussions. The matter has now been formally referred to the UK Legal Ombudsman for investigation into inadequate service and failure of written risk disclosure. I feel victimised and let down . I strongly urge prospective clients to ensure all risk advice and fee terms are provided in writing before proceeding. Proceed with extreme caution .

Having used Giambrone’s to successfully get my visa for Italy, I went back through them for my annual renewal and was so grateful I did. After being told that what I had submitted back in September was fine, I then received a notification at the end of April that my renewal was being denied. I immediately contacted Elze and her team including Rosalba and Giorgia who crafted a legal response in a timely manner which was successful in overturning the decision to deny renewal. Their support and professionalism is why I will not hesitate again to contact them for the next renewal as their work has been invaluable to me. Highly recommend.

Dopo 5 anni e la perdita di una causa penale, a dir loro con invece buone probabilità di riuscita, non siamo arrivti a niente.
All'inizio mi hanno rimbalzata da un tirociniante all'altro (e quì passano 3 anni) poi l'avvocato Davide Lorrai (sede in Sardegna) mi ha un pò seguita ma sempre meno, fino a sparire. Ed insieme a tutta l'equipe della Tunisia e l'avvocato Giorgio Bianco non si sono più fatti vivi, non rispondono mail alle mail, (non l'hanno mai fatto, solo dopo mesi), non si fanno trovare al telefono, non inviano la documentazione richiesta. Uno studio inaffidabile , non gliene importa nulla del cliente, fanno solo perdere tempo.
State lontani da questa società

I used two different employees of this firm, one to sort out my residency in Spain. He was fabulous everything was well. The other i used for my house purchase in Spain. Firstly she charged me 500 euros for attending the notary with me eventhough she was miles away in Barcelona and not even available by phone. I did manage to get this reimbursed. However, 3 years later i have sold my house and it was picked up by my current solicitor that my pool is neither legal nor licenced and that there are fines and expenses to put this right. So my complaint is about her negligence during the checks and due diligence she was supposed to complete ahead of the sale. The said pool is at least 10 years old as I have just had to pay ahead of sale to get it revamped. I have emailed both the solicitor concerned and the firm separately but not even an acknowledgement of my emails. So in all honesty i am very disappointed. I think given that they charged quite a lot of money for both services that the least they can do is rectify my pool so that it is legal and licenced. I have today also rang and asked to speak with a senior partner of the firm to share my concerns but nobody is available. I struggle to believe that given the size of the firm.
