I used this firm to firstly get myself a French passport, and then Livre de Famille, marriage certificate and birth certificates/passports for my children. They did a great job, deep knowledge and guidance, clear approach and supported me well. They brought excellent access to French speaking public sector administrators which helped and their English was excellent. Overall great and I would recommend.

I have only just started my Non Lucrative Visa application and so far have received a prompt and professional service.
Georgie Hines in London has been great, always able to answer any questions (lots), explaining the process clearly and making the decision to instruct Giambrone easy.

Trying to obtain a D7 for Portugal.
Have had a list of documents needed and a promise of an appointment at the Portuguese Embassy/Consulate in London. This firm is basically one of the gate keepers. Constantly asking for further payments and still waiting for an appointment.
I have been approached by this firm asking for further details or else Trust Pilot may not carry this post.
Slightly disingenuous as they know exactly the situation.
In November I paid £594 to the London office.
In December I paid €806 to the Porto office.
I am withholding the last payment until I actually obtain an appointment at the Portuguese Consulate in London. In essence, all I have so far is a list of required documents which I sorted out in December. The last email that I received from the Porto office was that the website they use to book appointments had crashed which was on Friday last.
90% of my reviews are favourable and I have never been asked to justify a review.

Andreu Marin and his team’s work has been absolutely and flawlessly professional — and I genuinely mean that.

He always gave me the feeling of being valued as his client and that my case was important and deserved his / their full attention. He consistently listened, responded to my questions very quickly, and offered support whenever needed, while making the legal process as simple and straightforward as possible for me. For example, summarizing which documents I needed to have ready for the appointment at the Consulate — this simple gesture not only showed professionalism but also demonstrated attention to detail and his dedicated commitment to serving his clients.

In addition, I was very pleased with the services he and his team offered (e.g., the translation of documents), as the work was always completed without delay.

To be honest, in my experience with lawyers I have unfortunately not encountered this level of professionalism before. I must emphasize that there has not been a single moment where his conduct would not serve as a role model for how a lawyer should handle a case and treat a client. Although I work in a different field, I value this greatly and pay close attention to it, because I also strive to uphold this kind of standard in dealing with my own clients.

Giambrone Law was helpful and responsive when it came to handling my own citizenship paperwork. They answered inquiries quickly, moved things along, and provided solid support throughout my personal application.

However, I can only give two stars because of a very serious issue with my child’s citizenship case. The firm provided incorrect legal counsel that nearly cost my child the opportunity to obtain Spanish citizenship. Despite the mistake, they refused to take responsibility or offer any refund for the more than $5,000 I spent on that portion of the process. Their stance was essentially that the error was not theirs to own.

What made this even more frustrating is that the correct path forward was something I ultimately found through a Facebook group of others navigating the same citizenship process—people who actually cared about helping one another succeed. A single thoughtful question from Giambrone could have revealed this same path, but my child was just one of many clients, and by then the firm already had our payment.

For anyone seeking legal counsel for Spanish citizenship, my recommendation is to look elsewhere. While Giambrone can be responsive and helpful with straightforward cases, it is entirely possible to receive incorrect legal guidance—and in my experience, they do not take ownership when their mistakes put clients at risk.
