Πραγματικά δεν έχω λόγια για το χαμηλό επίπεδο εξυπηρέτησης σας. Έχετε λάβει δέμα μου προς παράδοση από τις 23/12/24 και σήμερα (!!!!!!) 13/1/25 είχατε το θράσος να μου στείλετε μνμ για αδυναμία παράδοσης χωρίς να υπάρχει κανένα χαρτί που να αποδεικνύει πως έγινε όντως προσπάθεια παράδοσης. Για τα τηλέφωνα που δεν απαντάτε ποτέ ας μη το συζητήσω καλύτερα. Αν με πετύχετε κάποια στιγμή έχει καλώς. Αλλιώς βρείτε τα με την εταιρεία που εντελώς βλακωδώς σας εμπιστεύεται τις παραγγελίες της. Το ξέρει όλη η Ελλάδα πόσο κακή μεταφορική είστε που απορώ που υπάρχουν ακόμα εταιρείες που συνεργάζονται μαζί σας.

The worst company ever!!! I paid for a delivery door-to-door..waiting for 25 days to be delivered within Greece!!! And now they are telling me that my parcel is at Elta office which is far from my area!!! Unacceptable!!! There are no updated on my package and there is no sms or any type of announcement where? And when? Are they going to deliver it ??? The worst!!!! Company!!!! Never again!!! HZ410273061GR

ELTA Greece, ein absolut unzuverlässigen Verein, die sind nicht im Stande einen kleinen Brief aus Deutschland innerhalb 14 Tagen zuzustellen.

Και το ένα αστέρι πολύ είναι για τις απαράδεκτες υπηρεσίες που προσφέρουν τα elta courier.
Από 11/12 που έγινε η αποστολή από Θεσ/νίκη, δεν έχω παραλάβει έως σήμερα 20/12.
Στο tracking η τελευταία καταχώρηση είναι από 17/12:
"Κ.Δ.Τ. ΑΘΗΝΑΣ-ΔΙΑΛΟΓΗ".
Δεν υπάρχει περίπτωση να αγοράσω στο μέλλον προϊόν που αποστέλλεται με elta courier

It's a disgrace of a courier service.
The woman working in the call center of elta courier today from 10:00 was extremely rude and after asking a couple of questions decided to hang up.
ELTA courier is the absolutely worse and the personnel should at least be given a manner course.

they do not deliver the parcels, they do not even leave the note. It happened twice. Both times we had around 20kg box so obviously they did not want to carry it to the 3rd floor. Disgusting service. We have made an official complain to track the parcels ourselves. One of the parcels we retrieved after 2 months!

Worst experience ever. Returned a pair of sunglasses to Italy and did never arrived. After a month i send email for this to ELTA and they redponded that they are responsible only for the transportation within Greece and i should check myself were is my parcel with Italian post. Evenmore i had to make a search claim request with filling a form C08 and deliver it to the post subsidiary where i send the package to check where it is and after if not found i had again to make claim for refund. Irresponsibility and customer unfriendly.Will never use it again.

They make no effort to deliver the parcel, and force the customer to pick it up from their store.

Just keep inn mind that if you choose their services you probably will have to deal with out of service tracking systems, ever answering your phone calls and eventually probably you will have to go to their offices to pick up your package...

This courier is a scam. When you buy your product online, you pay a fee to Elta to use their courier service. when your product arrives at their offices, Elta phones you and asks if you want to go there to collect it! How is this legal when you have paid for THEM to deliver it? And if you don't go to collect it, they take WEEKS to then deliver it to you. Literally anyone could enter the Greek market and offer a better courier service than Elta, I wish they would!

Our package of premium wine arrived conveniently torn open with a lot of bottles missing. We are now being notified of a form we should have filled out at the time of shipment in order to get any kind of reimbursement. Conveniently the form was never mentioned to this point.

If you want the absolute best service and live in Athens, go to the ELTA shop on Solonos street. The employees are outstanding!

I sent an important letter from Corfu town and was charged 6.50 euros for a tracked delivery. 4 days later it had travelled four kilometres to the airport. As far as I can tell, it is still there eight days later! Useless service. Try DHL or another courier

Ότι χειρότερο μακάρι λουκέτο θα σας φανε τα λεφτά και θα λένε εμείς το στείλαμε τώρα ελάτε πάρτε το πίσω, και η κοπέλα στο τηλέφωνο, η ειρωνεία λες και είναι δικά της. Τόξα

The worst plays ever, total scam, delivery isn't arrived, they gave us million excuses where did it go. After some time tried to make another order they damaged the box and send it back to me to re-pack it and I had to pay again as for a new delivery, after that I told them it's not my fault as the box got damaged by them, they told me its not their problem.
No attitude, no respect, they don't give a f#ck at all.
Total garbage company.

2 euros for a stamp in Greece!!!! Nowhere in Europe the cost is so high.

Avoid at all costs. There are 4 teller service post at Chalandri Elta Post Office. 2 ara usually vacant and 2 have personel working in slow motion

Again, my delivery hasn't arrived, Tracking says "Addressee requested later delivery -Please contact with store" No I didn't, I never have. They put this when they fail to deliver, it's happened before and i end up driving 20 minutes away to collect it!

I am going to stop buying from companies that use Elta Courier.

Αγνοουνται σημαντικα γραμματα απο τον ΔΕΚΕΜΒΡΙΟ 23, σταλθηκαν απο γερμανια. ΑΙΣΧΟΣ! η κατασταση ειναι τραγικη.. βαλτε υπαλληλους! που ζουμε, ουτε στον μεσαιωνα... τετοια καταντια.. εδραιωστε την ακριτικη περιφερεια.
