I had a great experience with Elude Activewear. The quality of the products is excellent — comfortable, well-fitting, and clearly made to last. My order arrived quickly and was well packaged, and the whole process from ordering to delivery was smooth and hassle-free. The coat is really well insulated and comfortable, perfect for colder weather. It also looks great on — stylish, well-fitted, and easy to wear with anything. The quality feels solid and it keeps its shape well. I’m very happy with it and would definitely recommend.

I left a bad review last time and can only apologise. My clothes was delivered and the material is fantastic, they have great colourways in the clothes and you can track your parcel with DPD. Absolutely brilliant and will be ordering again.

I like the clothing but I’m not happy with the service of returns and refunds I’ve not heard anything back in over a week for an exchange.
Update i had updates daily about this and I have since received a refund thanks for your service

Hi Carl, we’re sorry to hear you feel you’ve had a terrible experience, and we’d like to clarify what has happened so far so we can work towards a fair resolution.
Your original order was dispatched and delivered to the address provided, however you reported it as lost. We were more than happy to send a replacement tracksuit as a gesture of goodwill. When you let us know the replacement didn’t fit, we again agreed to accept it back for an exchange with no issues.
Upon receiving the returned item, our team found strong smoke odours and visible stains on both the jacket and pants, which indicated the item had been worn. When we raised this with you, you mentioned you were unaware the tracksuit had been worn, which left us unsure how to proceed.
We always aim to be fair and helpful, but we can only exchange items returned in their original, unworn condition as stated in our policy.
Please contact us directly so we can discuss the next steps and try to find the best possible solution for you. We do want to resolve this properly and professionally.
