I only send transactional emails, signups, booking confirmation, receipts, etc... I was paying $19.99 USD per month just for sendgrid. I bought tier 3 and was instantly able to move all the websites over to use emailit. Once tested everything is functional, i cancelled my sendgrid sub and instantly upgraded to tier 5 (which I don't ever think i will need).

I was even able to send emails using n8n using an email node and smtp.

Now, i am having issues sending emails to my work outlook, but i am sure they will be able to help me with this.

I am grateful to add this to my arsenal of tools!

If you enjoy the thrill of sending emails that never arrive and communicating with a "CEO" who seems to be going through a mid-life crisis before hitting twenty, then Emailit.com is the perfect provider for you.

We’ve had the pleasure of experiencing their "services," and here is a quick summary of what you can expect:

The Identity Crisis: One day you’re talking to "George," the next it’s "Jiří Žižka." It’s less like professional support and more like a poorly written spy novel.

The Houdini Act: The owner’s LinkedIn profile has vanished—presumably to hide from the trail of unsatisfied customers and the toxic reputation of his previous failed ventures.

Zero Deliverability: Their primary product—sending emails—simply doesn't work. If your goal is to have your messages permanently hosted in a spam folder (or nowhere at all), they are market leaders.

"Pro" Management: The entire operation is run by a kid from Czechia who treats business like a sandbox game. Changing the company name every time the bad reviews pile up isn’t a "pivot," Jiří—it’s a red flag.

The Verdict: Save your sanity and your budget. Dealing with Emailit.com is like asking a child to fly a commercial jet—it might look like a fun idea to them, but everyone else is going to crash.

Stay away, stay professional, and find a real provider.

I recently switched from Amazon SES to Emailit, and I couldn’t be happier with the decision. Amazon SES has gradually become far too complicated and heavily automated, especially when it comes to getting new customers or domains approved. The process feels rigid, slow, and impersonal.

Emailit was a very pleasant surprise. The setup is straightforward, the interface is easy to understand, and everything just works without unnecessary friction. What really stands out, however, is the support. Instead of dealing with bots or generic responses, you get fast, personal, and genuinely helpful support from real people who actually want to solve your problem.

Whenever I had a question or ran into a small issue, the response was quick and clear, and the problem was resolved without back-and-forth or bureaucracy. That alone makes a huge difference compared to larger providers.

Emailit is an excellent alternative to Amazon SES, especially if you value simplicity, reliability, and human support. For me, it has removed a lot of frustration and saved both time and energy.

I bought it via app sumo, and they put me in onboarding pool without informing. Our emails were not going to the customers and we lost precious time and money.

I am all up for supporting new and upcoming products but this lack of transparency is not ideal.

EmailIT caused significant damage to our recruitment business operations.

We migrated our entire email infrastructure to EmailIT after purchasing through AppSumo, only to discover major undisclosed limitations and unprofessional support practices.

The Problems:
- Undisclosed 1000/hour rate limiting discovered only after full system migration
- Support representative George (owner may actually be Jiří Žižka using alias) imposed arbitrary 10,000 email "testing" requirement
- EmailIT deliberately uses poor-reputation IPs for new customers, ensuring most emails land in spam initially
- Despite completing their test and providing full GDPR compliance documentation, George refused service escalation
- Our legitimate interview confirmations and job candidate communications were incorrectly labeled as "marketing"
- We utilize Reoon email verification for quality assurance, yet our practices were continuously questioned

The Damage:
Over 10,000 emails remained undelivered, disrupting hundreds of scheduled interviews. Our candidate database of 400,000+ people was affected by these service failures.

The Resolution:
None. George refused to provide data exports for migration and suggested we seek AppSumo refunds instead of resolving the service issues.

Recommendation:
Choose established email service providers. This appears to be a single-person operation making arbitrary decisions without consideration for customer business impact.

The tool has a good foundation, but the general conditions regarding the bounce rate are poor. Most tools like Brevo and Mailchimp are quite flexible in this area. However, Emailit is too severe and often bans your account at the slightest mistake

Emailit provides a fabulous platform for anyone requiring SMTP or API-driven mailing services for their business or project. From web developers to software engineers, this should be a no brainer of an option to use for easy integration of a mailing platform with almost no barrier to entry. Add on top-notch support and incredible features, this is an easy must-buy.

I can say that for the first time everything is as it should be with the application and the support is great, people are doing their job, the application works great and everything is as it should be. I recommend that you take it and work without any problems. The cannon does everything

A great tool for Email Delivery. I bought with least of expectations but it has now grown on me to become my primary SMTP delivery tool for my websites. Highly recommended.

Great experience! Support was quick, it does everything it promises, and the best part is that it is easy to use. We have installed it on over 20 sites and have had no trouble with our transactional emails.

Wow… I’ve setup quite a few tools over time and I must say I was instantly impressed with how sleek and uncluttered the interface is. That’s the first thing that caught my eye… It has a premium feel which you can’t miss.

Adding in my domain and setting things up was FLAWLESS! It was easy and all done within 10 mins! 🙂 (EmailIt for the win!) I had followed the instructions given and it works - flawlessly. It’s nice when tools work as it should.

I especially like the email logs that let you keep track of what has been sent. Very useful for troubleshooting.

And finally, I cannot help but mention the amazing customer service from the founder. I emailed him prior to purchase and he was quick to respond and offer the relevant help.

Easy to configure and use. Efficient

EmailIt is an awesome alternative to SendGrid, given it has features that cater to both developers and businesses alike. It delivers emails speedily, and with support when things haven't happened quite as expected emails have reached their intended audience. One of the standout aspects of EmailIt is its rapid development. The team behind the product is highly responsive, continuously implementing updates and enhancements based on user feedback. This commitment to improvement makes it a reliable choice for those looking to optimise their email marketing or transactional email services. The user interface is intuitive, making it easy for newcomers to navigate, although the developer documentation isn't all that great at the moment. I've been assured that it's going to be worked on heavily though soon and I'm sure, again, developers feedback will help structure it in such a way it'll become one of the best documentations.

Purchased it for transactional emails on WordPress, but I've already integrated it into multiple other areas of my business. Had some user error issues when setting things up, but George was always quick to get back to me and guide me through the things I did wrong. Four times cheaper than Mailgun and super simple to setup and use....it's a no brainer!
