Embassy London Reviews

I looked at these boots for ages, they’re quirky but stylish too. I have very painful neuropathy, it often feels like I’ve got socks stuffed in my shoes. I’m very particular about my footwear. I was very pleasantly surprised to find that these were so comfortable to wear, the leather lining meant my feet felt fresh, no rucked up socks feeling, so comfortable.
The side zip means I can adjust the laces for a perfect, comfortable fit. My feet often swell, there is plenty of room, even for swollen feet and ankles. I’ve had lots of admiring comments, I wear them with trousers and skirts. I need shoes that are sturdy, but I want shoes that are beautiful. Embassy cover all my wants and needs. I’m eyeing up another pair.

Thank you Winnie, lovely service from you at the Brighton shop today!

Great and comfortable shoes. I love this design. Always the best customer service.

Very satisfied with my purchase! Great quality shoes and can’t wait for the winter collection to buy more! Very good customer service from the Canterbury team.

I am a shoes and boots lover. Found these by accident and I was disappointed that they copied Polish Konopka Shoes design of few of their men's and women shoes and boots in their 24 collection that I have had for years.
I see few original designs that I'm considering buying, however I might just order polish version though that is much cheaper

I love ambassy london above all sale !!!!!!

The shoes I bought was lovely but it had a minor defect. I’ve emailed customer service and forgot to check on the reply… after half a year they still willing to refund me some amount. I appreciate the gesture.

Beautiful shoes, efficient and informative store, even for mail order to Europe.

I purchased the red Kylie shoes and I can honestly say they are the most beautiful things I've ever laid eyes on. They are so comfortable which I was honestly surprised by as I haven't been wearing heels since before covid. I would highly recommend.
