The black leather finish on my supposed Italian leather boots has peeled off. It's like a thin black film over some grey material.
I've never seen a pair of leather shoes do this!

I bought my first pair of Embassy shoes online which was also a first. Since then I have purchased a dozen pairs and love them all. They feel good and there are regular complements from strangers which is lovely when you areas old as I am…76.
The shoes arrive quickly and are in a beautiful box so are a joy to open. I returned an early pair ( wrong size) with no problem and have no hesitation in recommending the company and its shoes.

Bought my first pair of shoes from Embassy London about 4 years ago. I still remember that it wedas the Hatter boots red and navy. Wore them a loooot and still looks impeccable 👌. Since then I've purchased 10 more pairs and evey each of them have reached my expectations. Very comfortable, classy and makes you stand out in the crowd 🤭.
Some say their shoes are a bit pricey but the quality and durability makes them worth the money !
Would definitely recommend 👌

I Love my shoes. The quality is like long time gone. The comfort is great! I have arthritis in my big toe, the shoes are made to bend and move with my feet providing comfort to my toes. But the Quality! That’s where I was sold.

Love Love Love this brand. Not only are the shoes and boots great quality and comfortable from the get go, they are soooo fabulous to look at! They aren't a triumph of looks over quality....they are the real deal. They really understand what customers want. And that commitment to quality & customer runs right through.... have had a positive experience every time I touch this brand . Bravo!

I have bought several pairs of boots, sandals and shoes and love every pair. I get strangers approach me saying how much they like them. The company is reliable, the quality of the product is excellent and I have no complaints whatsoever.

The most responsive website for shopping. Was recommended Embassy for their products, took a look, set up an account and ordered some boots. They promised a 10% discount on first order, but that didn't show up at checkout. Sent a query and the discount was refunded immediately. Can't wait for my boots!

Embassy has been my favourite shoe brand for almost 10 years now, however, I couldn't buy some of the models I love because they do not make size 42 in all of them (and I am very tall, my feet are long). Unfortunately, I had to stop buying their shoes, even though I give them 5/5 for quality and style. Could you please start making bigger shoes for women. Women from younger generations are quite tall! Thanks.

Highly recommend this shoe shop, great service, I messed up my order, emailed them, within minutes everything was answered and rectified, delivery was great. Tracked and fast, the shoes are fabulous, very well made, soft leather, perfect fit. Comfortable. Very happy will definitely buy again. Thanks guys
