Bought the Bricklane boots. Gorgeous!!! Each boot has its own dust bag and they are soooo comfy. I am now the proud owner of 4 pairs of Embassy London boots/shoes and I love them all!!

The sliders were bought in July, came defective. On top of that the leather straps cracked after wearing them only twice. The warranty doesn’t cover them because they were worn twice. Very disappointed with the poor leather quality of some goods. Very bizarre recommendation for the leather waxing straight after the purchase. Don’t then fool customers with 6 months warranty. Even more disgusted with your response that I decided to return the sliders on the winter season especially when you know exactly that I bought 5 pairs of footwear during the summer season.

Just bought a pair of boots , they are absolutely fantastic . The fit is true to size and the quality is excellent . This will not be my last purchase !

Lovely, stylish and colourful brogues. I love wearing them. I have two other pairs of the same style in different colours. The only thing I have noticed is that these seem a little narrower than the others but they are still comfortable.

I have been a customer of Embassy for a while now.The shoes are fabulous everyone admires them when I wear them.The leather in the shoes is excellent and when they say Take a size up it true I take a size3 and the 4 is perfect.Will remain a customer of Embassy for the foreseeable future

What a marvellous experience! I am an Italian guy so I've started to contact Embassy's customer service as soon as I found out that their products for men are not available for shipping in Europe. They've always been very kind and comprehensive with me, I'll never thank them enough. I placed my order online and when I finally went to London for picking my shoes up, the same wonderful service was found in the shop. Now I'm super happy with my pair of Tornado, a kind of style I've never found anywhere else and that matches my clothes and soul very well :)

I did not buy but I spent more than 30 minutes in the shop in Greenwich Market talking with Rosa who’s customer service was impeccable, she explained everything about the brand, the history and how the shoes and bags are made, and was caring and thorough. The shoes felt amazing just by touching them and the bags are an absolute masterpiece that everyone who loves handmade bags should have in their collection! I’d definitely will be thinking about Embassy London for my next purchases!
