This is my 7th pair of footwear and they are so comfy. I placed the order on Friday March 28th and they were delivered March 29th the delivery was free. Excellent service and excellent shoes.

Received mine today. I am literally speechless, they are amazing. So comfy.

Yes all good, the refund could possibly have reached my account a bit sooner, but apart from that I’m happy.
I’ve bought two pairs of boots which are beautiful, great fit, but the recent order the boots in the same size were a bit too big !
I will buy again in future !

Another fabulous pair of shoes. Excellent experience from ordering to delivery. Kept informed all the way. Just love dealing with this company. Their products are just so different and made to the highest spec.

went into Embassy in Camden. Felice C welcomed us, showed us a tempting range of shoes and demonstrated the beautiful new bags with the slick clasp and interior light. He was completely lovely and looked after us so well. It was a great shopping experience, my daughter loved her gold splashed ankle boots and has been wearing them on every possible occasion since. What a wonderful shop! I bought the most amazing pair of boots. Beautiful Italian leather and so comfortable. Due to huge bunions, I usually have terrible problems getting boots to fit me. Winnie, the lovely sales assistant was so helpful, kind and patient. This without a doubt is my favourite shoe shop in Brighton.

Staff attitudes and shop environment

Staff were not pushy, but interested and friendly. I was allowed time to really consider my choice.

The best time, fab service - and the shoes, oh the shoes... I cannot believe it was my first time stepping into an Embassy shop today. Thank goodness I did. Mandy and the entire team at Canterbury shop including the other shoppers were just fantastic, what a great atmosphere. Excellent service, and very patient as I had to make a really really tough choice between one fab pair of boots and another. I'm fussy about quality, I'll always choose quality over quantity but these shoes are great. Just great. I'll be back.

Tried on a pair of shoes in their London store but didn't have it in my size so a few months later when it was in stock bought them. It was shipped in the wrong size (right box, different shoe size in them) and they sent a replacement pair in the right size and told me to give the shoes to someone I knew.
The person I gave them to was very happy with them and I certainly haven't had any issues with them since purchasing them myself and will definitely keep an eye out for new styles following this.

Ive not been this happy with a new pair of shoes since I don’t know when. I adore them. I feel like Cinderella and im just so glad I found this little gem that is ‘Embassy’. I got great personalised service and super quick delivery. I cant wait to go to the ball.

I had a problem with a zip on one of the boots.
Contacted customer service who were extremely efficient.
Sent the boots back and received my exchange boots very quickly.

Beautiful designs. Funky as anything. Nicely designed shop. Lovely staff.
